Fantastic day trip. - Amazing day trip to Vesuvius, Herculaneum and Pompeii, our driver/guide Antonio was excellent. Great communication regards pick and arranging tickets for Vesuvius. Antonio was extremely knowledgeable about the local area, history and the sites we visited. He really helped making it an extremely memorable day. Air conditioned mini van was a real bonus on a hot day.

Highlight of the trip - can't recommend it enough - Incredible experience! Antonino was the best guide we could have asked for (he was our guide + driver), and the sights themselves were phenomenal. It was a highlight of the trip.

Excellent! - Our tour with Antonino was excellent, he made sure that we had a great day and tailored it to our interests (and very patient taking photos and whilst we went to the gift shops!). We learnt a lot and found all the information Antonino shared very informative and really it brought Pompeii and Herculaneum to life. We are so pleased we chose this tour.

Adventure in Pompeii and Herculaneum, thanks Antonino! - Thanks to Antonino, we spent a fantastic day visiting Pompeii and Herculaneum. Really a great driver, but also a very knowledgeable Tour Guide. He involved a group of young boys, explaining the history of the ruins of Pompeii and Herculaneum in a simple and interesting way. He also told us details and curiosities that made the visit even more special. Also, he was very helpful, answering all our questions with patience and clarity. He made sure everyone felt involved and satisfied. My friends and I are looking forward to booking another trip with him and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to live an unforgettable experience.

Amazing tour. - This was amazing tour. We had driver and a guide. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We were able to drive to the entrance of Mt. Visuvius Park. The hike to the crater is steep, but totally worth it. There are 2 snack bars on the hike, so you can rest and recharge and buy some special souvenirs. The view is breathtaking. Try to get tickets to the first slot, because it gets very hot and crowded. After Visuvius we drove to Herculaneum and Pompeii where we met with the guide. She was very knowledgeable, explained everything. We ate pizza at the Pompeii site, which was great. The restaurant hasreal wood pizza oven. We would go again and again, so cool was this tour.

Perfect way to experience history - We took the tour with our 16 year old daughter and our tour guide made her the star of the show. If you travel with teenagers you know how easy it is to lose their attention but Toni kept her interested and at the same time was able to answer our countless questions. The nice thing about a private tour is that you can adjust it to your likings, we could have lunch in one of the lovely places on the hills of Mt Vesuvius when all the tourist busses drove past and the passengers stared envious at our beautiful lunch under grape trellises. Our driver was friendly and navigated Neapolitan traffic stoically but really Toni made our day by bringing the past back to life. We had not heard much of Erculaneo before but it ended up being a highlight over Pompeii thanks to him. Of course it’s quite a bit pricier than a group tour but if you have the chance and are interested in history I recommend it wholeheartedly

Great, informative, engaging tour - My husband and I both absolutely loved this tour! Our tour guide Antonino (Tony) reached out to us the night before, picked us up right on schedule, and was super engaging and EXTREMELY knowledgable. The car was clean, nice, and comfortable, and the organization of the tour was great. The walk to Mt Vesuvius' peak was amazing (no guide with that, he waits downstairs), but the tour of Herculaneum and Pompeii were just spectacular. We learned so much! He kept it funny and interesting and answered all of our questions. He also dropped us off at the ferry terminal where we needed to go, and even followed up to make sure we made our ferry. Overall, highly recommend booking this tour!

Wonderful Experience - Pick up at Hotel in Praiano by our driver, Fabio who was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The Mercedes Minivan is airconditioned, spacious and very comfortable. We were then met at Pompeii by our guide Antonino, who is simply a delight. He made the stories of Pompeii and Herculaneum come alive. We were taken to a quaint restaurant off the beaten track for a simple but delicious and inexpensive Pizza for a quick lunch. It is a long day from Praiano and we preferred a short stop in Sorrento on our journey, rather than a trip to Vesuvius but that was entirely a personal preference and if you have more energy than us you can of course go to Vesuvius. What made this day so special was Antonino's passion for his craft; we got so much more out of the locations than had we simply travelled ourselves. Antonino is calm, kind and extremely informative and entertaining

A Day at Pompeii and Herculaneum - Antonio was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was very skilled at presenting historical fact in an entertaining way. He kept us on track to be able to see Pompeii and Herculaneum all in one day. Since we got to Pompeii before it opened, he made sure we went to the sites that would get crowded first. We even had time to visit a cameo factory!
