KAYAK TOUR I “Ecovia do Rio Lima by Kayak”, is an excursion that enables you to explore one of its most visually appealing tracks on water, the Açudes Section! Throughout a journey that links Ponte da Barca and Ponte de Lima, you will navigate through rapids and manageable dams safely, all within a pristine, pollution-free valley, offering you the chance to experience raw and tranquil nature. This tourist track is suitable for beginners and is always supervised by Centro Aventura guides!

- They must bring: - SWIMSUIT dressed at home;
- They must bring: - BEACH TOWEL;
- They must bring: - SUNSCREEN;
- They must bring: - for those who need it, wire to hold glasses.
Additional Information
Kayaking down the Lima River offers an appealing opportunity to traverse gently moving waters amidst an untarnished valley, creating a serene and natural setting for unwinding. Throughout the journey, an instructor will be present in the water for guidance and a support vehicle will be on hand outside the river. Once the adventure concludes, and while participants change their attire, we arrange for the transport of drivers back to the start point where their vehicles are parked.

Kayaking down river Lima in style - My wife and I - in our fifties - had a great afternoon kayaking down the Lima in mid-May 2024. It's a great stretch of the river to do this on - a few interesting rapids, wide open sections and some parts under the tree canopy. Never mattered with a little rain. All the gear to keep us safe (and warm & dry) was provided. If you know it might be drizzly then what better to do - not sitting round the pool anyway. Next time we'll try in sunshine perhaps too. Many thanks to the whole team.

No thanks Tripadvisor - REAL VALUE €35!! Attention .
Otherwise Great experience, the instructors take you back by car and take a video of you and Lanvoy you by email afterwards. But on the other hand the price is €35 on site and €50 on Tripadvisor, be careful!

Kayak great day - Great day out. very friendly and informative in beautiful surroundings.different water form slow flowing to basic rapids would I recommend it yes I would .

Fun and adventure! - My husband and I were very lucky to be the only 2 on our trip and we were spoilt. Paulo and Helda gave us a fun and safe adventure on their beautiful river on a sunny day. Highly recommended.

Fun half day out on the river Lima - Felipe and Renato were excellent guides. We didn't have prior experience and enjoyed it greatly to be on the river. The rapids were fun and easy to handle for beginners. Thank you very much. We had a fun outing.

Great light physical activity on a beautiful river - My friend (52M) and I (54M) booked a three-hour morning paddle the afternoon before. No problems. We showed up a bit early. The crew arrived shortly after with the kayaks. After an appropriate orientation for two experienced kayakers, we set off with guide Paulo. The Lima river in April is slow moving and cool with a few little rapids, but definitely class 1. The stretch of river is beautiful, lined almost continuously with trees. There was a nice snack on a snack bar halfway through.
This was an excellent, low-key way to have some light physical activity on the water. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes being on water.

Great kayaking fun - Great fun. Lovely people, relaxed but very safe. Quite gentle. We were a mixed age group and everyone had a really good time. Great cafe at the start/finish for a simple breakfast and lunch. You can hire bikes from here too. Highly recommended
