Well worth booking this tour! - Matt, our tour guide was amazing. He was both funny and knowledgeable and kept us entertained all day with stories, facts and history. It's worth having a guide as you appreciate the significance and importance of the entire region. We loved the cruise especially as saw multiple crocs. Morning tea and lunch were great, the swim at the creek refreshing, the ice cream yum.

A perfect day! - A wonderful day full of one-off experiences. Mick's knowledge was excellent. He was good fun and kept a careful eye on a very diverse group of travellers.

The Complete Daintree experience! - What a fantastic day we had with Daintree discovery tours. Our guide for the day Cam was so friendly and informative and his knowledge of the whole area was second to none. The river cruise was excellent and we got to see the crocodiles up close, a terrific meal at the rainforest retreat, great walks at Mossman Gorge and through the Daintree rainforest and topped off with a walk along the beach at Cape Tribulation. From start to finish the whole day was exceptional. Thank you so much.

A full day of experiences and fun. - Felt like the whole tour was designed just for us. Cam’s knowledge, sense of humour and ability to make sure everyone was catered for was brilliant.

A great experience in nature and of the local produce - Matthew our tour guide had a significant amount of information about the Daintree plants, insects and animals. My daughter loves learning about nature and she learnt so much from this tour and was buzzing. The 10hr day went quickly and the small group made it a really enjoyable experience. The food was enjoyable but the settings made it amazing. I recommend swimming in the gorge. We came home energetic and she was so stoked she got to see a really big croc in the wild.. ending with local organic ice cream made it the perfect end to an awesome day!

Best Daintree experience! - 110% would recommend this tour and ask to have Matthew if you can. He was incredibly knowledge about all aspects of the tour and extremely entertaining. Having a small group is much more personalised and so much more educational. Would definitely pick this tour again for anyone thinking about visiting the Daintree rainforest. Would recommend 100% and will be using Daintree Discovery Tours again!

Daintree Rainforest Full day Experience - We were collected from the caravan park in Mossman by Cam. We had a walking tour and through the Mossman Gorge followed by a scrumptious morning tea of damper scones at the Mossman Gorge information centre. Cams knowledge of the geography, flora and fauna was amazing. We then headed up to the Daintree River where we had a 1 hour cruise of the river spotting crocodiles. We saw 4 crocs including a recent hatchling. Across the river we then explored the Daintree Rainforest again accompanied by Cams knowledge of the flora and fauna. Lunch was delicious provided by the arranged venue followed by a walk or swim at the creek. On to Cape Tribulation for a quick history lesson and a further walk, then heading back with a quick stop at the Daintree ice cream farm. Overall a great day with many highlights and much information. Cam’s driving was excellent under trying circumstances due to road closures following landslides and floods.

Wonderful way to see everything this beautiful part of the world has to offer! - Great day!! We did the full day tour with our three teens. It was a great way to see the entire area. The Daintree is a very beautiful and very special place. Highly recommend!
