- Cooya Beach - This is where you will start your ride. Have a quick look at the beach and admire the ancient tree you will setup under. Get your bikes ready to start riding
- Mossman Saturday Market - Browse the market stalls and sample the many example of the local tropical produce on display. This may be all you need for breakfast, but there are many options till to come
- Mossman - While to explore the town of Mossman on your way to the Gorge, you will notice a few options for a great coffee or breakfast, or even the bakery delights along the way.
- Mossman Gorge - Park up your bikes at the bike parking and browse the visitor’s centre where you will also collect your included suttle tickets to the Gorge intself. On your return from the Gorge walk where you would have admired the falls, rapids and maybe even had a dip in the river, this may be a great option for lunch in the cafe
- Shannonvale Tropical Fruit Winery - On your way to the winery, be sure to stop at the causeway for a swim in the pristine waters, and take a few minutes to soak up the valley serenity. Then its on to the winery for some samples of the unique triopical fruits wines. This boutique winery experience will itself be a highlight of your holiday
- The Australian Chocolate Farm - Worth waiting the whole for, kick back and relax at this stunning venue. The pedalling is over, now its time to dig in to the chocolate! Your tasting plate is included, but there is much more to experience here - even a tour of the cocoa farm. This is also where we pick you up for the drive back.

Through the canefields to the Forest - So glad we found this new day trip activity at Port Douglas. We dropped in to enquire about bike hire, but left with a better option - Angie the proprietor suggested we might enjoy the newly established e-bike day trip to Mossman and its local attractions. We really enjoyed the day, with clear instruction, plus a GPS to follow. Angie hosted us, dropping us off with another family group, and picking us up at Days end. An easy E-bike ride for 25kms. Had it all - a ride through Canefields, via the Mossman Saturday Market to Mossman Gorge, then to Shannonvale. Two opportunities for a quick swim to cool off, finishing up with a delicious PannaCotta at the Chocolate farm. It was a good day.
