Highlights
  • Maracas Beach - Maracas Beach, Trinidad’s most popular beach, is your first stop. You’ll stop here to have something to eat (maybe a fried shark sandwich).
  • Las Cuevas Beach - After a 15 minute drive, you will come across the very tranquil Las Cuevas Bay. You can spend some time here to take a swim or simply relax on the golden sand and listen to the waves lapping the shore ever so gently.
  • La Fillette RC Primary School - Your beach hop experience continues through some very scenic vistas; the sea on one side and forested mountains on the next side. Along the way, you will come across La Fillette Bay, a tiny picturesque beach which also serves as a berthing area for the nearby village’s fishermen. As you walk down some stairs it offers you some beautiful vistas of the island’s north coast.
  • Blanchisseuse Beach - Walk down a few steps and you will come upon a romantic little beach, virtually all to yourself! The beach is blessed with all natural beauty with the forest fringing on its edges.
  • Blanchisseuse Spring Bridge - After all some beautiful beach stops, your tour ends at an old spring bridge which crosses a very serene river very close to where it meets the sea. The sounds of babbling water, birds and monkeys in the distance, and lush vegetation, all add to the ambience of this stop.
