The fresh air, the scent of vegetation, and the sounds of small farming communities create a unique experience. This valley has sustained life for generations; you’ll pass small villages with plantations, where everyone, including men, women, children, and animals, plays a role in village life.

Cova - Krater - Hike into the ancient Cova de Paul Volcano Crater, one of the most stunning spots in Cape Verde. Experience the authentic lifestyle and hospitality of the Island of the Mountains as you walk through villages. Witness the vegetation and farming in the most fertile valley on the Cabo Verde Island.

Eito - Visit the distillery where our local rum, Grogue, is produced and see how it’s made.
