Miradouro da Vitoria - The Miradouro da Vitória is located right in the heart of the old Jewish quarter. The history of this Jewish neighbourhood tells us that in the 14th century, King João I demarcated an area where all the Jews had to live, with high walls and access gates - it was like a city within the city of Porto. This period lasted around 100 years, until the arrival of the Inquisition.
