Meet your guide at Praia dos Ingleses or Matosinhos Beach for a brief introduction and safety instructions. After a brief warm-up, it’s time to gently get in and start your adventure.

But if the sea is rough, don’t worry, as your experienced swimming guide will select the best location on the day and time for this activity.
