Transportation from the hotel to Porto airport. - Once again we hired our guide Antonio Santos for transportation from the hotel to the airport thanks to the punctuality and professionalism he showed on the previous day's tour in Porto. Touch Tours is definitely a very reliable company.

Start your vacation off right - So happy I booked with them. Pick up was easy and no fuss. During the drive I got so many recommendations and a good run down for the city. As a solo female travel or I really appreciated arriving and feeling instantly comfortable. Would absolutely recommend!

Secure transportation, great driver! - Our flight was delayed but I kept the operator informed and our driver (Carla) still met us with a smile. She was an amazing driver and gave us a mini tour of everything we passed on the road! This service was great, informative, and safe. I highly recommend!

Comfortable transfer - It was great for our driver to be waiting for us on arrival and not to have to look for a taxi. On the journey into Porto he gave us a run down on some of the history and areas we were passing. He also gave us some recommendations on restaurants and dishes that we may like.

Excellent transfer to city centre - Excellent service. Driver was there waiting for us despite our flight being a bit late. His English was excellent and throughout our trip into the city he pointed things out and gave lots of information. Very friendly and a clean comfortable car. Wouldn't hesitate to use the service again.

Usual practice to drop off flying out passengers at Arrival area? - On the whole, good. Vehicle decent. Pick up on time. Trip smooth. Of course a bit pricey if compared with the city taxis. To raise a concern, it’s a bit strange the driver dropped us off at the Arrival area instead of the Departure Hall. As first time users of Lisbon Airport, four of us, with 9 pieces of luggage, found it a bit hectic in finding the check-in counters for flying out.

Nice driver - The driver was friendly and the van was very nice. The two reasons I gave 4 instead of 5 is because the initial communication was very slow and I wasn’t sure if I had a valid confirmation of my reservation until the day before my flight. Also all the other drivers at the airport had nice and easy to read signs. Our driver had a little piece of paper with hand written notes. He texted us, but we still did not see him and had to call to find him. If those things could be improved the service would be great.

Poor Planning and Terrible Customer Service - This company sent a driver with a standard minivan to pick up our group of 8 for an airport transfer. Not only was it a standard minivan, it included a car seat which we had not requested. There was no possible way the minivan could fit 8 with luggage (which we each only had one suitcase a piece). I had to get an Uber to get half of our party to the airport. And the company refused to issue a partial refund to make up for their mistake. Do yourself a favor: use UBER. I do not recommend Touch Tours.
