Xperience Porto and Lello Bookshop - Our private tour was great! Rosa Reis was our wonderful tour guide. She was very knowledgeable and courteous! I highly recommend it.

Expert tour with an amazing and charming guide - Melissa was so AMAZING!!! We learned so much about Porto, saw places we didn’t know about!!! She was incredibly informative and very funny. Her beautiful smile and charming personality makes her the PERFECT tour guide!!!!! We would take a tour with her again!!!! She was THE BEST!!!

Terrific experience - I regret that I have forgotten the guide’s name because he remembered ours as we said goodbye at the end of a fantastic walking tour. Our guide was a history graduate who gave us a detailed and fascinating insight into Porto’s history as we walked around the old town. Our walk finished at the amazing Lello bookshop where he sorted out a difficulty that we had with our ticket, entirely of our own making. I would thoroughly recommend this tour.

Lots of walking but no entrance - We wanted to go into some of the attractions and could not. When I booked, I asked to go in the cathedral and the Lello Bookstore.

Boring - We did the Private Walking Tour with the Livraria Lello this morning. My wife and daughter enjoyed this tour and our guide was amazing. However I did not enjoy this tour at all. It simply did not interest me and seemed to me to be an expensive waste of three hours.

The Lello Bookstore voucher is a gimmick. - Here's a rewritten version of your review: "I had a disappointing experience with Porto Xperience. Despite paying €120 for a 3-hour tour for two people, the service fell short in several areas. Firstly, the guide arrived late, and we had to call her to confirm her arrival, despite being instructed to arrive 10 minutes early. Secondly, the guide was not a local, having only lived in Portugal for two years, which limited her knowledge and insight. Lastly, the voucher for the Lello Bookstore was misleading, stating that we could purchase any book and pay the difference if it exceeded €15. In reality, we were restricted to selected books only. Overall, the tour did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend Porto Xperience to others."

Disappointed, no tour - Got cancelled due to weather. MANY other tour groups were going, so it was very disappointing. We were able to get the tix to the library, so we at least had that.
