Great primer on the history of Porto - Luis was a knowledgeable, fun, and kind tour guide who helped us understand the city on our first day and gave us a great background on the history of Porto. Tour was just under 2 hours with plenty of beautiful views across the city - great intro on our first day.

Long wait for a medium interest visit - The guide was great but it was very crowded and the Peña Palace was of a low interest to me. I could have lived without the visit to the Arica and Cascais.

You canceled two excursions both on the morning of the trip - I signed up for the trip went to the meeting place half an hour early and the person never showed. I contacted you through chat and five minutes after the excursion was supposed to start you told me it’s canceled. That was two for two. You also canceled another excursion the day of.

So very wrong - The guide didn’t show up and no one notified me of the status. Luckily I booked something else nearby.
