Incredible local food journey with Teresa - Our tour guide was Teresa and let me start by saying she was fantastic. Everything was planned meticulously and she even took into consideration my daughter’s food allergies and curated a tour around her. We were still able to hit every site we wanted and rarely waited. Teresa even gave restaurant recommendations to places we did not have time for and everything was curated to local Portugal cuisines. Next time we are in Portugal we will be doing this tour again

Great Day in Porto - My husband had a fly fishing trip planned with a local guide a bit north so I had the opportunity to spend a day in Porto solo. I booked Helena for a Tastes of Porto walking tour but got so much more!
Helena was happy to accommodate my love of shopping with food, the shopping of course, and some history of Portugal. I had a truly wonderful day and highly recommend booking Helena for your experience. She was very warm, friendly and so knowledgeable.

A must do with Helena! - Helena made this experience an awesome one! Saw so many places and tried excellent food. Loved that she was so happy to show us her city. Loved every place we visited and she provided so much history of each place. This is a must do and you will leave so full.

Real authentic tasting experience - Lots of delicious food and drinks, we got a real local feel for Porto. Miguel our guide did an awesome job of giving us an authentic experience and showed us some real gems. He also went out of his way to give us advice for what to do with the rest of our time in Portugal. This is why I do the with locals tours!

Great Food Tour in Porto! - We had such a fun time on the food tour! Clara was our guide and clearly had a deep knowledge on Porto and the food we were eating. She was easy to chat with and gave amazing recommendations for restaurants and bars for us to visit after the tour.

Tasty food with knowledgeable tour guide. - Helena is a tour guide and chef. She’s a local to Porto and knows her stuff. She took us to some fun and tasty locations to try the delicious foods of Porto. The pacing of the tour was perfect and each of the foods we tried were great. This was the perfect way to start our time exploring this city.

10 food and drink tastings in Porto - My husband, I, and two of our friends had a 10 tastings of Porto with Vera. This was the first time any of us went on a food tour. This was also by far my favorite guided experience. If I had to describe Vera in one word, it would be PERSONALITY. She was funny, and knowledgeable, and engaging. She had a perfect English, which sometimes could be a challenge in Portugal. I’m usually pretty picky with food, but I loved everything we tasted. We also got many tips on dining in Portugal. We went back for lunch at one of the places Vera took us and met her there with another group. She made sure to stop by to chat with us and answer whatever new questions we had. Without a doubt one of the best guides we ever had. Highly recommend!

A fantastic way to see Porto! - We really enjoyed the food tour with Fernando. We got so many delicious tastings included and Fernando was a fabulous guide. The tour was a fantastic way to see Porto on our first morning in the city and visit places that we might not have known about on our own. We also had a pescatarian in our group and the tastings were adapted so well for her. Thanks Fernando!

A very personal tour of Porto - We had a lovely evening with Ana walking around and getting to know Porto. She is passionate about the community and supports local, family-owned businesses. Every place we visited was personal to her and we learned a little bit more about Porto, food, and its history. She was interested in us and our experiences and made the tour fit us perfectly. Highly recommended!
