So much to see - We were only in Hanoi for a couple of days and so thought this would be a great way to see the city. This is a worthwhile experience and you can get On and off as many times as you like.
We got the 24hrs ticket, NOTE at the weekend the route does slightly change. And there can be a little walk from the bus stops to certain destinations. But over all a good way to get around.

Choose a different operator! - We have done several hop on, hop off bus tours and have found them to be a great way to explore a new place. This was the worst we have ever experienced. Several windows were broken on the first bus and it was very dirty and the audio didn’t work on the second bus which made it useless to us. The buses did not stay on schedule and after waiting for one to arrive for 20 minutes past the scheduled time, we gave up and walked. I would not recommend this tour bus operator!
