Romantic weekend - Unforgettable weekend! We left the kids at home for a weekend because our friends gave us 2 qc spa entrances as a gift, much appreciated! We also had their aperitif and we really liked it, perhaps a little expensive.. Very clean changing rooms and common areas, we will return later when our children are older!

we had fun - the aperitif was quite good, but the flaw was that you have to stay in the shifts they established and if you arrive late they don't give you food

Beautiful - The most beautiful I've been to. Very impressed. The day without a cloud enhanced, if anything, the wonderful view. The pools, the various experiences and the relaxation rooms are beautiful. Everything to explore and we almost didn't have enough time to see everything. Changing rooms and showers with products and even hair straighteners. The only flaw I've found in all the QC spas I've been to is: why don't they give small plates for the aperitif?

To be avoided - Returning from a Saturday day entry booked several months ago I found it worse than a few years ago. The free car park has around 30 spaces...the rest are all paid in the unattended municipal car park or in the parking spaces which are also not free. At the entrance you are given a bracelet with a key corresponding to a small locker containing flip-flops, towel and bathrobe. Lunch costs €35.00 and there is no possibility of purchasing various sandwiches or sandwiches other than EXCLUSIVELY drinks at exaggerated prices. There is no bar so you either spend a lot of money or go hungry. I recommend bringing food from home. Compared to years ago they no longer offer bread/fruit/water/yoghurt to restore you throughout the day...just a meager aperitif at set times and with a rude lady who welcomes you telling you that you only have 40 minutes to enjoy that measly tray. There is only one hot drink to serve yourself. The quality of the various focaccias and pizzas that they reserve for those who enjoy the aperitif treatment is poor and no saucer is provided but only napkins. At the end of the day all the various body and face cream dispensers to be used after the shower were finished everywhere and you don't have the physical space to lean on and change after the shower... you can only lean on the walls. An underground area of the spa had a terrible smell like feet and everyone passed by holding their noses. In the outdoor area it is difficult to find free sunbeds because they are all occupied by people who leave their towels and wander around the spa for hours taking up places even though they are not using the sunbed. The staff should be vigilant to guarantee a service to everyone... and not just the rude ones. In my opinion these spas need to be improved due to the high entry price.

In short - Beautiful historical structure but a lot of confusion. Very poor signage, you don't know which route to take, where to start and then the maze is such that you can miss some things. However, the writing is small. Even though you have to book, you end up with too many people. Buffet would be more suitable to consume not in a wet bathing suit and bathrobe, but at the end dressed and dried, if it really has to be there.

Disappointing and not up to par - Very disappointed with the services. We haven't been back since Covid but we won't go back again. The prices are completely crazy for an evening that lasts 3 hours and an aperitif that is really not up to par! The little we are served is tasteless! In other words, far from the flavors of Italy! We are so disappointed, for us it will be the last time! €116 for 3 hours without counting the tunnel for this mediocre service.

The price increases and the services decrease - It's time to downsize....if they hadn't given it to me I wouldn't have gone back. Prices disproportionate to the services that continue to decrease....the events are no longer there, the food costs extra and it's already thanks if there is herbal tea and water.....look around because in Turin there are places like Atria Hammam offering EXCLUSIVE services at very competitive prices and with treatments done by the operators in spaces reserved for those who book and without huge crowds! Another world!

Very bad - Terrible first time I go... bad bad... some rooms are worth it, the internal tubs are very ugly. You don't understand much inside. Recover on the aperitif buffet, eat and drink as much as you want.

Don't go there - Even though it was a Monday we found the place very crowded with people constantly shouting and none of the staff to enforce the rules. There were 2 herbal tea dispensers available located in two different places, but of the same type of herbal tea. Now, does putting at least more than one variety cost too much? But the biggest problem is: there is no bar. If you want to eat a sandwich, crackers, or have a coffee you have to spend €32 for a lunch with frozen products (for example frozen lasagna) In conclusion, this is not a spa but a place where quantity matters more than quality and customers are treated like sheep to be sheared If you want customer attention and treatment worthy of the amount spent, you won't find it here
