A REAL EYE-OPENER - Vclav's comments during the tour were very interesting. He is obviously well-versed in the Czech history. We were especially interested to hear about the events that led up to Hitler's acquisition of Czechoslokia pre-WWII and the communist takeover of the country after the war. There was also some coverage of Czech popular culture and of the Anthropoid operation towards the end of WWII. Vclav was thoughtful in trying to provide some shade when possible as the weather was hot. We would ask that tour-goers be conscientious about tipping as these guides spend a lot of time preparing and leading the tours.

A really good experience - A really good experience, the narrator was alive and told stories from the Czech point of view and had stories from his own grandparents. We saw and heard things that are not the usual tourist attractions. Can definitely be recommended :)

Excellent trip to learn about significant past events in Prague and in Czechia generally. - This was an excellent tour that gave us a real insight into the history of Czechia. Our guide - Kuba - brought everything to life with just the right amount of information. He explained the significance of lots of places that I would otherwise have walked past without a second look. Excellent tour and guide.
