Kick back in our well-prepared jeeps that let you explore spots you didn’t believe existed. Your trip is tailored according to your preferences, where we take you to the significant viewing spots, drive off-road to capture stunning sights and usher you into an exquisite location for lunch. Wander around sipping a glass of wine or beer while your lunch is getting ready, with alcohol readily available at your disposal during the meal. Sample some of our regionally brewed moonshines after the meal, after which we continue visiting the island’s less-known, beautiful locations. Our aim is to acquaint you thoroughly with the island of Terceira by showing you as many spots as possible. The wines and moonshines trip takes you to where the vines are traditionally cultivated and helps you understand why the locally produced ‘verdelho’ white wine stands out.

Vacation - We had the best time on this tour, the sites and sounds and the lunch was fantastic thanks Antonio for a great experience I would highly recommend this above any other tour on the island

wonderful - I don’t normally write reviews but I think this was the best tour we’ve ever been on. My husband and my three young adult/teen children really enjoyed ourselves! The jeep was fun and we saw some spectacular views. We picked bananas from the tree, got into a “traffic jam” that involved a herd of cows, and experienced several microclimates on the island. Warm sun, wind, and a misty lake in a forest all in one day. Our guide, Antonio, was amazing. He was good company as well as a good cook, since we had the pleasure of eating a traditional lunch at his home. I can’t recommend this tour enough.

Versatile day trip with all facets of the island, country and people - Great tour, many places you would not find so with a lot of information about the island, country and.... Very good food and drink.

A great tour - This was an outstanding tour. We lived in the island 14 years ago and saw more things on this all day tour than the two years we lived here. Dora was our guide and she was fantastic. The entire trip was capped off by a very good lunch. We truly enjoyed it and our time exploring with Dora.

Outstanding tour in a jeep of the culture and nature of Terceira with a very nice guide! - The tour with a jeep on the beautiful island, Terceira, was an outstanding experience. Together with the very nice guide Karolinq, we explored different (hidden) gems and made a lot of fun! The guide had an answer for every question we had, so we learned a lot about the interesting culture and got the best views on the island. At noon we enjoyed homemade local food with an incredible panorama. Also, the staff was very generous with the wine and we had the chance to experience the famous moonshine.
To conclude, we had a great time and would recommend it to everyone that wants to explore the culture and nature of Terceira with a lot of flexibility, so you can deside together with the guide how you want to spend your day!

Amazing tour - This tour was amazing. I would take it again if I was in town longer. The service was incredible, the people were so knowledgeable and friendly. I went with my husband, parents and cousins. We went to many tourist locations, stopped at beautiful sceneries, dined at a private location and had a home cooked meal (AMAZING FOOD). We then stopped at a winery for wine and moonshine and some more island facts. TAKE THE TOUR!

Thorough and Enjoyable! - Very thorough tour of the island. Antonio is a native son and revealed all the natural wonders of the place. Food was tasty and my family enjoyed the moonshine! Antonio had great knowledge about the topography and geography and was very flexible and suggested several stops. Recommend the service without reservation.

Terrific Terceira Trip! - Thanks so much to our tour guide Dora, who provided us with an excellent tour of Terceira. Not only did we experience the beautiful scenery - she also marked a map for us so we revisit where we stopped! We felt very well taken care off. And thanks also to the two Antonios, who opened their home and made us feel very welcome, and provided a fabulous Azorean lunch.

Terrific Day in Beautiful Terceira. - Antonio was a great tour guide. He showed us many beautiful and memorable parts of the island. He was also an amazing host. He fed us an amazing meal, which of course included Wine and Moonshine. And then, we went to a local winery where we received a tour and sampled wines from the winery.
