Prescott National Forest - Ponderosa to Goldwater Lake
This route is one of our favorites. It has a good mix of get your heart pumping off-road thrills and some of the most picturesque views you’ll find. We keep this trip mostly in the tall pines with lots of steep ascents and descents and a few water crossings. We finish up with a 15 minute break at Goldwater lake for pictures and then return to the Square.

Off roading Prescott fun! - John was very personable, friendly, informative, funny. We really enjoyed him! Interesting to hear and see mining history. And also history of town while driving through. Highly recommend!

Great experience - Tom was knowledgeable and an excellent tour guide. We thoroughly enjoyed this tour and highly recommend it. It isn't cheap, but definitely worth it.

Fun and Unique! - Tom was a great driver and a great conversationalist! It was fun to see Prescott from a different view. Also a wonderful touch to stop by the lake with drinks and snacks!

They went out of their way to make everything enjoyable - Very nice trip! The driver and owner were very friendly. I would recommend the sunset tour. And wear comfortable clothes and shoes.

Jeep Tour June 2024 - The tour exceeded my expectations. Tom was amazing and was very interactive. Will definitely be booking other tours on return trips to the Prescott area. Would recommend this business to anyone.

Worth the time and money - Such a beautiful time and wonderful experience. Going through Prescott national Forest was amazing and Tom is so fun to listen to and learn from not only about Preskett history but the animals that you can see in the woods. He stopped at convenient places so that we could take pictures of vistas and was such a pleasant person to talk with. I would highly recommend one of these adventures!

Sunset view - We loved the experience and the sunset view. We had good conversations with our driver. S’mores, soda and fire at the top. So beautiful

What an experience! - Had a great time. Tom is a great guide and story teller. He took us through and over some scary but beautiful terrain, but always kept us safe. Definitely recommend Angry Ape Tours.
