- Cerro Negro Volcano - Commencing at the volcano’s base, our journey began on a stony trail created by transporting gear for sandboarding activities (alternatively, you can hire a local for $5 to carry the equipment). This route took us to the crater’s edge. Projected climbing duration: 1 hour and 20 minutes. At the peak, we were greeted with breathtaking panoramic sights of the surrounding Pilas-El Hoyo Volcanic Complex and Telica Volcano. The return trip on the sandboard can take anywhere from 2 to 5 minutes, varying with the speed achieved on the descent. Also, make time to explore the two active craters, experience the warmth, detect the odors of the gases, and revel in the magnificent vistas.

The best - Extraordinary, the best tour company to experience the real Nicaragua, food, volcanoes and of course the Chachalaca experience 😍

Literally the worst. After constant calls + messages for details, they respond night before saying "we're cancelling" - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, if they even are a real company, for anything. Not surprising that the only other review is a 5-star from a new account with no other reviews.
It says you'll hear from them after booking to discuss the time/place of pickup. I never heard from them. So I started messaging and calling every contact number/address they listed. No answers. Kept on trying day and night, since I was going to be busing to Leon beforehand and needed to know how early to go. Eventually they responded to a WhatsApp message with a simple "so glad you reached out because actually, we're cancelling". Who knows if they would have ever even reached out the day of to mention that update if I hadn't been constantly messaging. Not only cancelled short notice, but the most awful customer service in the process.
Still trying to get my money back through Viator (where I booked it)
