Poor start, good end - Driver was late because he was given directions to the wrong pier. After talking and getting help communicating, our driver found us 30 minutes late. He was very friendly and accommodated our wishes. Driver’s English was difficult to understand. We requested a van for 4 adults and he showed up in a 4 door sedan with 3 of us in the back seat. It was not comfortable and we were in the car 6 hours. We have booked with Viatours around the world for many years, and this was not up to the standard we expected. Not sure who was at fault. However We had a wonderful day and our driver Marcio tried to make up for the poor start. He gave each couple a bottle of wine at the end which was an unexpected treat
