Fantastic experience! - We climbed the Rinjani volcano with a guide in 3 days/2 nights via Syam Trekker. I can only say that everything was well organized down to the last detail and that thanks to Syam and his team we were able to do a very nice 3-day trek, and I absolutely recommend everyone to book the trek with Syam. We arrived in Bangsal from Nusa Penida by boat, where our taxi driver was ready to take us to Senaru. This was included in the cost of the trek. We were quite hungry, so our driver happily made a 30-minute stopover so that we could eat a plate of nasi goreng at a local warung. We were taken to Syam's house where we were given the detailed briefing of the trek so we knew what to expect. We were then taken to our hotel nearby and picked up again in the evening to enjoy a delicious Indonesian meal at Syam's home that Syam's wife had prepared. Really delicious. The next morning we were picked up at 6:45 and taken to the starting point of the trek. We met our guide Awing and the 2 porters. We had 3 super nice days thanks to these men. Awing was a very nice guide with a lot of knowledge of the area. He already had 25 years of experience. Together with the porters he provided delicious food along the way. You will receive an extensive breakfast, lunch and dinner every day, freshly prepared on site. On the 3rd day you will be picked up at the end point and you can freshen up at Syam's home, which was very nice. What is also included is transportation from Syam's home to your next destination on Lombok, no matter where you need to go. For example, our next destination was Kuta, in the south of the island. This was a 3-hour drive and was already included in the package. In short, we are very happy that we booked our trek with Syam Trekker and recommend it to everyone!

Best experience ever!!!! - We booked a 2 day/1 night hike to mount Rinjani with Syam trekker. It included one extra night before the hike even started as well as pick up and drop off from anywhere on the island, very nice! Our guide was Moon and he was absolutely the best!! We had such an amazing and fun time with him, that we cannot say thank you enough. Overall Everything was arranged very smoothly and we had delicious food during our walk as well and a really nice tent to spend the night.

Experience not to miss in Lombok - We did the 2 days 1 night (sleep at the rim). Very nice experience with experimented guides! The view from the rim is breathaking. Also Excellent service from Sam, upon arrival his wife cook us an incredible Indonesian meal.

Syam trekker was THE best! - We did the 2 days, 1 night guided hike on Mount Rinjani with Syamtrekker and it was the most amazing time! We got a very warm welcome at his home where his wife gave us a very delicious home cooked meal. There we also got more briefing about the hike for the next day. Then they provide a very nice night at a beautiful hotel down the streets, where we could get a good rest before the climb. Our tourguide was Moon, such a warm and nice man who guided us to the top. He brought us a lot of snacks on the way to keep us going. He made sure we were always okay and having a good time. This was really one of the most amazing things we did and we would 100% recommend going with Syam trekker.

Seriously exceeded my expectations - I was blown away by the level of service provided by the driver, the guide, the porter and the boss himself - the food serving was very generous (the porters actually bring it up themselves, pots, pans, ingredients and more) and the guide and porters went above the call of duty during the tour. I have a groupmate that experienced a cramp and the guide immediately offered to carry his backup (along with his own oversized backpack) during the hike up. The guide's pack was like a Doraemon pouch, he whipped up remedies for the cramp which promptly resolved it. This is just one of the many things that made me feel very lucky to have chosen Syam Trekker especially when I see other groups slowly trekking alone while their guides are far ahead. The food was great too!

Perfect experience and organization - Amazing experience! Everything was organized down to the last detail, the food was very tasty, the guide and porters do a fantastic job. We really appreciated the personal approach: the evening before the trekking we were allowed to have dinner with Syam and his wife and the entire team was super helpful and sweet. After the trekking, Syam provides transport (included in the price) to anywhere in Lombok, which is very nice after the tiring days. We would recommend Syam without a doubt!

Best trekking for the Rinjani - We booked a private tour with syam trekker and would recommend and book again. Why? - Very good English speaking guide - The guide ensured we made the top by adjusting departure times and motivating the group (thanks again Yar, your are a hero) - Everything was in place for a super smooth experience, from taxi to hotel to the trek itself. We never had te wait. Syam manages everything very well for a great experience - the food during the trek was amazing and there was always enough for a group of big eaters - the porters were fast and their service was amazing (from carrying all the equipment to setting up camp and cooking) - Syam pays the porters extra to make sure no trash is left behind and is heavily invested in removing plastic and trash from the mountain Thanks to the Syam team for this once in a lifetime experience

Great Rinjani experience, full service and great organisation including guide and nights over! - Excellent organisation and full service hike to Rinjani! Syam and his team were great, 100% dedicated to provide the best possible experience for us to climb this impressive volcano. Guide Rob and the Porters did everything to help. More then enough to eat and drink along the climb. Moreover, Rob has many stories and mythes to tell about the Rinjani. This was a great addition to understand the love and respect of the locals for this volcano. The view at Crater level is so wonderful, so happy to had this experience. Even we are not experienced hikers, they give you all the support to succeed. Don't be afraid, just book and boost your travel!
