During this trek on the southern flank of the protected regional zone, within striking distance from Castelletta, amidst stunning emerald woodlands and panoramic vistas from the prairies, you’ll unearth the place where Eremite St. Sylvester Guzzolini, abbot of the Benedictines, sought refuge in the Hermitage of Grottafucile at the base of Mount Revellone, approximately 360 m above sea level.
