Perfect Experience - This boat tour was the highlight of our stay in the Lake Como area. Hellen was awesome at communicating throughout the experience. When we express concern about being able to get a ferry from our place in Varenna to the starting point of the tour, she offered to pick us up in Varenna!! When I asked for a lunch restaurant suggestion, she made reservations for us at a wonderful place a bit south of Bellagio, then offered to take us there (!), and return to pick us up when we finished!! Finally, when we mentioned that we were a bit tired for the trip to Bellagio, she offered to take us back to Varenna. First class service all the way!!!

Must do Boat Tour in Com! - Amazing boat tour! Roberto and Helen are great people and have so much knowledge of the Lake. They are super friendly and have a very nice boat. I highly recommend booking on your stay!

Incredible, once in a lifetime experience - The most surreal experience. Booked our boat tour from Bellagio on our honeymoon. Roberto was amazing, he went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and looked after. Drinks and snacks on board to relax and enjoy whilst Roberto gave us a full tour of all the main villas across Lake Como. A unbelievable experience and would recommend to anyone - worth the money, once in a lifetime experience! Love, Beth & Tom!

Best tour guides on Lake Como! - Roberto and Helena were amazing! From the moment they picked us up to the time they dropped us off they were so welcoming, friendly and gave us the best tour of the lake! I can’t recommend taking their tour enough. Showed us beautiful parts of the lake and homes and gave us lots of information. Best part of our vacation so far! Thank you!

Lake Como Boat Ride - We had some trouble locating the boat because the dock number they gave us could not be found. We called the tour office several times to help us locate the driver/boat and finally did, where we thought it should be. We could only find a tour we wanted for one hour. One of the two hour tours requested passport numbers so we didn't take that. We asked if we would see George Clooney's villa but he said we would need about two hours total and he requested extending the tour and was able to do that. Don't feel bad if Mr. Clooney doesn't invite you to visit, it's not one of the grand villas on the lake. The driver was very friendly, helpful and informative.

The perfect "Bellagio experience " - Enjoy the lake guided by this lovely couple of prefiossionals who will show you the most interesting and beautiful places. The boat is comfortable, the communication is easy and efficient, and the people providing the service are polite and joyful. The whole service will complete the already unique "Bellagio experience"

It's not our fault by the tour operator after fail to show up. - The boat never showed up. Waited an hour Response from the tour operator "That I got two bookings at the same time . And is not our fault . But I understand you are very angry ."
