Memorable moments in the Mediterranean with Marco! - Swimming in the clear blue water, Marco feeding seagulls right out of his hand, the delicious snacks and drinks, Marco’s passion and love for his country and his environment and his excitement at sharing it with others. Having a small group made it even more memorable and fun. Can’t recommend it highly enough!

The best way to see Cinque Terra is from the water at sunset! - This was an EXCELLENT tour. There was only 8 clients on the boat so a nice and intimate experience. We went out with Marco and another lady who were such excellent guides for the region. We had about 4 swimming stops, with my particular favourite being one where we were very far off shore (52 metres deep). The tour went for about 4 hours so we went at a leisurely cruising speed up and down the coast. I went during sunset which would have been the best time of day in my opinion. We also had some sausages, cheese, bread and prosecco towards the end of the trip when the sun began to set. What a beautiful way to do it!

Sunset cruise - This trip was incredible!! The scenery was absolutely beautiful, but even better than that was the captain and crew. They were so kind and went above and beyond for us. I can’t recommend a trip with them more if you want to get to know cinque terre with a true native expert!

Hugely disappointed - After having a similar tour cancelled on the morning of our tour due to "adverse weather", we turned to trip advisor and booked this tour....our reason for being in La Spezia was specifically for a Cinque Terra tour...Our booking was accepted and money debited with confirmation from trip advisor....within a couple of hours we got an email to say this was also cancelled due to "adverse weather"...we ended up on the ferry in sunny conditions, temp in the 30's with little wind and smooth water - hardly "adverse weather" in my opinion... Just be honest about cancellations and don't break laws and accept bookings when it's obvious the tours aren't happening instead of dishing off some lame and incorrect excuse. At no stage on the ferry did we see small tour operators in their boats so it's obvious the season has finished. Very disappointed with the lies and deceit from all concerned so if you're looking to book after the date of this review, ensure you have a solid Plan B because you might need it.
