Guests are invited to an exclusive tour of an olive mill established in 1962, owned by host Marco. He will explain the process of pressing local olives to produce three varieties of olive oil. The tour will be followed by a tasting session, where your senses of smell and taste will help you evaluate the quality of the product.
You will be guided through a tasting of three types of extra virgin olive oil, learning to identify their scent, taste, and other features. You’ll also be pleasantly surprised by some unusual culinary pairings.
