    Once the cooking is complete, you’ll have the opportunity to savor the results of your efforts, complemented by a fine local wine from the surrounding vineyards, in a convivial and welcoming setting.
    Upon your arrival, you’ll be greeted with an Etruscan appetizer and wine.
    All the essentials for making pasta or gnocchi will be at your disposal, and it’s your chance to dive in and get your hands dirty.
    Donning an apron and combining the ingredients, you’ll create your own pasta, which we will then cook and garnish with either a sauce or vegetables, and voilà!
