You must try this! - This was such an enjoyable trip. We were collected at our hotel and brought to the vineyard. There we got a tour of the vineyard with great insight into how the process works. Then we had 4 different generous wine tastings accompanied by delicious freshly prepared food, different dish for each tasting. Everything prepared freshly on site by Goreta. Even fresh figs plucked from a nearby tree! Paulo treated us to some lovely traditional Portuguese guitar and singing. We were also able to purchase some wine and goodies at a very affordable price for the quality. I highly recommend this trip to get away from all the commercial side of the Algarve and enjoy good food wine and company in a beautiful setting in the countryside. We were dropped back to our hotel afterwards. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Good day out with a slight wine buzz. - Great fun riding around in a classic VW van (way more comfy than you expect). Nice wines at a beautiful winery and good winey knowledge from the tour guides on how it's all made and how the vineyard runs. Recommended for a few hours of distraction away from the praias. Thanks a lot Goret and Paulo and hope business keeps going well. XXX

Nice day out - We had an excellent time on Paulos trip to the vineyard and wine making facility. The drive out was great in the T2 van . We meet some brilliant people on our excursion. Paulo was very knowledgeable on the production of wine, right from the growing of the grapes, through to the production of the wine and even the selling and marketing. Really enjoyed our day and would recommend this trip.

New experience, new friends - We enjoyed the trip from the moment Paulo picked us up till he dropped us off again. The VW van was a great way to travel. The other guests were great company, we love to meet people from other parts of the world. Definitely would recommend this trip as a get away from the world for a few hours.

Cozy and fun day, recommend! - Paulo was very friendly and accommodating as a host, and the winery was beautiful, relaxed and cozy. We had a great and price-worthy day with good wines, would love to come back to Monte do Castelejo! A small feedback would be that I would’ve liked to hear from the organizer some time before with details/confirmation/reminder to be sure that the event is still happening since I booked the wine tasting far in advance.

Just do it! - Fabulous tour of Vineyard, Paulo so charming and loved the ride in VW Happy Van. Very knowledgeable of the vineyard, gave us a tour round discussing the history and the type of wines produced. Had tasting paired with tapas this time given by the owner. Amazing Tour! - We had an amazing time on this tour! We gained a ton of knowledge about the winery, the local area, and Portugal in general. Our guide with Happy Van was the best! He answered any and all questions and made our time here so enjoyable. Our ride was one of a kind and the wine was delicious! We even purchased a couple bottles to take home with us. 10/10 would recommend and would love to do another tour with Happy Van, if in the area again.

Amazingly Unique Algarve Experience - I would highly recommend this charming tour ran by Happy Vans. Paulo was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable making this your a feel light from start to finish. The vw camper van pick-up made this a very different kind of tour. Paulo himself relaxed you very quickly and makes you feel a part of the rest of the tour group. The size of these your groups are very small (limited to the size of the passengers in the van) which only makes this tour feel even more personable. The range of wines produced by the vineyard were exceptional and we couldn't resist purchasing a few bottles to take home (at a very affordable price). The vineyard was very beautiful and it was great to be able to tour the site and see a lot of the area which other vineyards would likely not show you. We will definitely be using Paulo's tours again on our next visit to the Algarve. Thank you for an amazing time.

Happy van wine tour - We had a lovely tour with Paulo. While visiting the beautiful vineyard Quinta Do Frances, we learned a lot about the winemaking process and different kinds of wines from the Algarve and other regions of Portugal. Paulo was very hospitable and kind! We learned a lot from him and are very thankful for this experience. We would definitely recommend the tour!
