- Lago Argentino - Meet at the local supplier’s office for a short orientation and overview of your cruise. Embark onto Lago Argentio towards the northwest, crossing Punta Avellaneda and Boca del Diablo, the narrowest passage in the lake.
Itinerary
• 8:30 am - Boarding at La Soledad Private Port
• 9:00 am - Set sail. Visit Escuadra Bay and Muralla de Condoreras (Condor Nesting Wall). Seco, Heim and Spegazzini Glaciers.
• Disembark at “Puesto Las Vacas” station for a walk. The ship’s engines will be stopped where you will have a guided walk to discover the panoramic views of the area.
- Upsala Glacier - Visit Upsala Canal, panoramic view of the Upsala and Bertracchi Glaciers. Lunch on board.
- Iceberg Canal - • Navigation along Canal de los Témpanos towards the Northern face of the Perito Moreno Glacier.
- Perito Moreno Glacier - Views of the Northern face of the Perito Moreno Glacier.
6:00 pm - After your 9 hours exploring the area, you will be taken back to La Soledad for the conclusion of the tour.

Happy we chose the selection that gave us the most of everything!! - I read some reviews and selected the "full service" excursion. It was wonderful, from the time we entered the cabin. We had a group of about 15 folks, picked up at our hotel, delivered to a first class adventure. Wine, water, liquor, a hot lunch, plated and served to us. I would choose the "full bore" option again, there was not a crowd on the deck for taking pictures, it was virtually unobstructed and we met some nice folks. One couple even became engaged on our trip, that was how nice this tour is!!

The cherry of the cake during my visit to El Calafate - Lovely catamaran taking people to beautiful glaciers with really nice crew. The glaciers are incredible and the boat stops long enough to take pics and take in the immense formations. The explanations provide great insight about the glaciers, the history of Argentina and the geology. Please splurge and don’t skip this!

A phenomenal cruise to Patagonia glaciers - A fantastic cruise to explore the glaciers. We had a very memorable and an enjoyable experience. The cruise was great and kids friendly too. We were delighted to see a kids play area on board to our child engaged in activities during the cruise. We could also pre book our lunch box and had a variety option for those who even have diet restrictions. The tour company was very prompt with communication via WhatsApp about pick up time and other details.

Great trip!! Go - We booked the premium deck for $200 or so more. It is on the back of the boat. At first we were disappointed because you had better views up front. Later we had a private deck that got great views.
They took us to where the Captain was approaching Perito Moreno. Inside and great views-it can get cold and windy in Patagonia.
The meals and beverages including beer and wine were great.
The seats in the main area were very nice-as were the views. Don’t be too disappointed if you can’t book premium deck. You will get good views

you can not lose this - A visit that is very worth it if you are in Calafate
They take you on a large catamaran to visit the glaciers in the area, which are impressive and you can get very close to them.

Thumbs up - It was fun amd worth the money. Wish we had a bit more time at Perito Moreno glacier. And would've been nice to have the professional photographers on board offer to take photos for all of us. I would pay a little extra to have that.

A fraud! - The purchase of the cruise through TRIPADVISOR has been a scam. In the description of my reservation confirmation it said that the price was $148,812.39 (Argentine pesos). Even so, TRIPADVISOR charged me US$426.51 (US dollars) without my knowledge. I am a resident in Argentina and the payment was made with a SANTANDER RIO bank card (Argentina). When the monthly credit card statement arrived I saw that I was improperly charged, in addition to the value in US dollars, $122,692.21 (Argentine pesos) of country tax and all other taxes that are provided for card payments in US dollars . A fraud!

I'll never use your site!!!! - You fooled me because you changed US $304 for this trip. A couple paid US $190 with the same condition. My price was unreasonable. I won't use anything anymore on your site. You stoled my money.

Rip off in USD - I was totally ripped off. I paid $400Usd more per person than those who booked in Argentina through Marpatag. They lie about price guarantee!

Not recommended. Hardly any Spegazzini and no less Uppsala - Went on a gourmet glacier tour.
We were told it would take 45 minutes - 1 hour to see the Uppsala, Spegazzini and Perito Moreno glaciers. The end result was 15-20 months of Spegazzini without enjoying it, 6 minutes of Uppsala and 1 hour of Perito Moreno. Completely different to what was agreed and what we had asked for when booking.
Answer from Marpatag: at the end of the day, the decision is up to the captain. Of course, we didn't get some of our money back because the decision is up to the captain. I don't understand why a trip like this isn't so standardized and why such huge decisions are up to the captain...
Pretty sad and not recommended. Not recommended!
