very lucky to find so many dolphins - great trip to see the dolphins, very lucky to find a pod of about 20 that stayed with the boat for 15 mins or so. crew were very helpfull and obviously experienced. shame about the 2 selfish women who hogged the boat front for the entire trip, a lot of others would have liked a chance. maybe the crew will learn from it

best trip ive ever been on. - the views were so amazing, I didn’t think that I would see any dolphins at all but I ended up seeing loads. the crew were amazing and they were all so helpful and nice. one of the crew members which I don’t know the name of was so great and funny and made sure everybody got a go to get to the front and see the dolphins up close, this was one of my favourite parts of the whole holiday and I really recommend it.

Well worth it - We booked as a family of 3, and honestly I didn’t really have super high expectations of seeing any dolphins on the trip as I know this is something the crew can’t control, we were just happy to go on the boat trip and enjoy the views. That being said, we were absolutely thrilled to see loads of dolphins on the tour! It was incredible to see them in their natural habitat. Aside from being able to see the amazing dolphins, a lot needs to be said for the crew of our boat because they were just fantastic. I wish I’d taken the name of one specific crew member because he was incredible, he was really trying to hype everyone up and make it a fantastic experience for all (which it absolutely was). He made a real effort to ensure ALL of the kids on board got a chance to stand up at the front and see the views and dolphins, which was lovely to see. He was also really funny and made us feel so relaxed and at ease, massive kudos to you dude! There was a chance to jump off the boat and swim in the sea before we headed back to the port which we didn’t take part in as we’re not very strong swimmers, but during this time a couple on the boat with a very small child (around 3 years old) decided to go and swim in the sea and leave their small child on the boat unattended (each to their own 🫣😕), however one of the crew members kept checking on the child and ensuring she felt safe and was ok til the parents got back on board. It was a fantastic experience and well worth the money, you might not see any dolphins because obviously this isn’t something that can’t be controlled… but it’s still well worth the trip for the views and the chance to have a dip in the sea if you want to. Thanks to the members of the crew on board who were absolutely brilliant and made us feel really welcome and entertained, we would highly recommend this experience and my 11 year old daughter absolutely loved it, it was the highlight of our trip to Lanzarote (also loved the Macarena serenading us as we arrived back in to the port 🤣)

Brilliant - Very fun trip, unfortunately weather wasn’t the best but that’s hardly their fault. Would highly recommend, got to see a couple dolphins and a turtle

Nice boat ride but no dolphins ! - We took this mini cruise last week. Told to arrive 30 mins before, but were told to walk to the far end of the harbour 5 mins before the ride. With my disabled wife it wasn't very easy to say the least. The boat ride was good but we didn't see any dolphins, the crew mentioned that for such a short cruise it was difficult to spot dolphins ! Overall a less than satisfactory experience.

No dolphins. Waste of money. - Friendly staff and nice boat but unfortunately no dolphins were seen. We spent 1.5 hours just looking at the sea. Not even any coastline to see in lieu of no dolphin appearance. It was definitely the most boring boat trip we’ve ever been on when on holiday. The sea was quite rough which resulted in people being sea sick and therefore toilets unusable. The crew did clean it up but it wasn’t pleasant all the same. Would definitely recommend taking anti sickness tablets before going on this trip. Feel like we completed wasted an afternoon.

Disappointing - If you just want to hit a boat trip, that's the excursion. No. we saw dolphins, and although it is clear to me that the sea is very large and they are free with the possibility of not being able to see them, the attitude of the guide was lousy in interest to.find no dolphins, turned around and I did not pay attention to the sea or the dolphins. He talked to other passengers and was unfazed by anything. Another couple and I called her to say that we seemed to see some in the distance... but she didn’t listen, she kept talking to other people, and ignoring our call. Total disappointment

BEWARE ! - We have just returned from a Dolphin mini cruise which can only be described as downright dangerous. All was calm in the local harbour, however once we turned the corner into open sea we were subjected to an experience from hell. The jet biosphere boat was tossed around with a ferocity that was hard to believe. With no safety equipment provided it really was a case of hanging on for dear life as the boat flew up in the air, rolled from side to side and crashed into the waves. We were subjected to this for 55 minutes as we went up the coast and then returned after which my wife was very sea sick. Needless to say, no dolphins were spotted, probably too rough for them to make an appearance. What happened to the wellbeing and duty of care for the safety of passengers? Unbelievable that Lanzarote Sea Tours allowed this to take place in these conditions, putting revenue before safety. a most horrendous excursion experience.

Avoid this trip - Terrible ,we were told we would go out to find dolphins but we sailed in tiny loop with no chance of any views when told we could swim in freezing sea for 1/2 hour ! Total waste of money €30 each . They will never see dolphins that close so feel they aren't being fare with the 45 customers on EACH trip , Avoid this it was tour we took by miles
