Wonderful few hours at sea - ● Friendly staff but you must book ahead ● Saw lots of dolphins over about 30 minutes and staff ensured that everyone got to see them ● Tour completed in five languages ● Great opportunity to swim or snorkel near the coast ( not with dolphins) ● We would do the trip again ● Came with 9 and 10 year olds

A "MUST" experience in Lanzarote - Everything was just perfect! The communication, the timing, the way the staff manage the excursion is great. Thanks a lot!! It seems that no matter what language you speak, Raquel is going to be able to communicate with you and with high level! She is a great great guide that makes the experience even better. Thanks to Luis as well for a fun and smooth trip :-)

One for the 'To Do List' 👍 - Absolutely fantastic boat trip and suitable for all ages. All staff, from booking office, to the crew on board were brilliant and so friendly. My 10 year old and I enjoyed a swim off the back of the boat but forgot to bring towels, and Carlos (on board guide) gave my son his own fleece to warm up. Unfortunately, we didn't see any dolphins, but it was a thoroughly enjoyable 1.5 hour tour. One to put on any visitors 'to do list'.

Totally magical - It was a lovely trip out during our holiday! Saw dolphins which was just a magical experience, perfect in fact ! Highly recommended! Please note that the boat stops on way back to let you have a swim in the ocean, which we didn't realise, so take your costumes and a towel with you. Great team, fantastic trip! Thank you guys!!

Exciting boat ride but no dolphins… - Very rough sea as windy and difficult to spot any dolphins so we didn’t sea any but we did see a small turtle which was lovely but as we were motoring not for long! As it was rough the part where we get to swim/ snorkel also didn’t happen. However the crew tried to make it enjoyable and the atmosphere was upbeat. I booked through Tripadvisor but they had no record of my reservation.

Dolphin boat trip - We unfortunately didn't see dolphins (fully appreciate it can't be guaranteed). The trip was otherwise very fun and enjoyable. Small things to note: No snorkelling gear was offered to us as we thought we had seen advertised but we did get chance to swim in the sea. Staff were helpful. Announcements could have been a little slower and clearer as I struggled to make out what was being said at times. The trip was safe and timely. Clean toilet on board.

A glass-bottom catamaran ride that in the end wasn't one ;-( - I booked the trip on Tripadvisor. Unfortunately, the information there is not entirely correct. Later, I read other information about the trip and the price on the operator's direct website and then came to the conclusion that I would not have booked this tour like that. Tripadvisor mentioned a glass-bottom catamaran trip. There was only a trip in a normal speedboat with lots of seats. The excursion locations were also misleading, because you could only see the places from a distance during the trip. Well, and dolphin sightings are not guaranteed anyway. Of course, we didn't see any. That was it. The supposedly English tour turned out to be more of a Spanish or French tour. The staff were really, really nice and helpful though. TIP: Make sure you take binoculars with you Booking directly on site is cheaper, because with 4 people we would have easily saved €36.00.

Staff pleasant but no dolphins - Pleasant trip but unfortunately no dolphins. Would be better if snacks on board, snorkeling for longer and snorkeling taking place in middle of trip (10 mins after snorkeling we were back so still wet and had to get changed off the boat)

Not value for money - Didn't see a dolphin, 1.5 swings on a boat for this money is absurd. Overpriced, not value for money. If the sea is a bit wilder, snorkeling is also not possible
