Fantastic place to chill - This is what you imagine when dreaming of a Mexican beach town: no crowds, excellent fish tacos (tacos in general), warm waters to swim in, friendly folks, quaint shops and a plaza where folks gather each night. Hubby and I feel in love with Puerto Morelos. I'd say- make visiting here a priority- to experience an authentic Mexican beach village before it's "discovered "

Fantastic excursion! Didn't want to leave - A fantastic trip! The tour operator still ran our trip even though there was just 3 of us! We had the entire boat to ourselves. The crew of 4 took care of us very well. The captain even stoped the boat twice so we could jump in and have a swim! The crew was kind and informative. The snorkeling was good with a guide. The only thing I would change of this trip is to ask the snorkeling guide to slow down. He was hard to keep up with. I wanted to float and enjoy the snorkeling but we had to keep moving with the guide. The snorkeling guide was great with my friend, who was a little hesitant, and stayed with her the entire time to make sure she was comfortable Thank you crew of La Bonita!

Amazing! You should book! - Snorkel and catamaran were amazing! The crew is wonderful and Jose, our lead guide, did a beautiful job debriefing us. Ulysses, our snorkel guide, was very attentive and appears to have a genuine love for the ocean. It is important to note that the frequency/amount of aquatic life is dependent on random factors that are outside of the control of the crew (i.e. if weather was bad the day prior, it is harder to see fish). Lunch on the catamaran was relatively sizable (1 sandwich each with lots of snacks and unlimited drinks). I would definitely recommend this tour.

Wonderful - Fantastic tour! The kids wanted to snorkel but I wanted a catamaran ride so we chose this tour and it was perfect for us. The crew, including the amazing Jose, took such great care of us with anything we needed. The snorkel guide kept an eye on our kids and was also great about pointing out various things in the water. We loved napping on the nets on the front of the boat after we were tired from snorkeling. Afterwards, we went to the back of the boat and enjoyed the shade and breeze while we sailed up and down the coast. We highly recommend this tour.

Amazing - We are a family of four and we loved this tour. The trip was perfect. The crew, especially Jose, was great and helped us with anything we needed. The snorkel guide took us around and made sure to point things out to the kids which they loved. We enjoyed the light lunch after snorkeling and then napped on the nets on the front of the boat. We then went to the back in the shade and enjoyed drinks and the scenery. Highly recommend this tour.

Great experience for our family! - We had a wonderful time and the crew was so helpful and kind. The reef was full of life and even the teenager had fun!

Amazing! - We had a fantastic time! Everyone from the person picking us up to the crew on the boat was extremely nice and inviting. The snorkeling was fun, but a fair warning that it is quite a bit of swimming as you’re required to anchor the boat a ways off the reef and then swim over. We got so see all kinds of coral and fish though so it was worth it. For sure would recommend for anyone looking to spend a day in the ocean.

Great family friendly snorkeling and catamaran ride - La Bonita Marina did a great job! The communication was great. The staff’s expertise was superb. It was easy to contact them through WhatsApp. Pickup and drop off went well. With advance notice, they even accommodated my wife’s request for gluten free bread on her sandwich. Their snorkeling equipment was pretty good. We saw lots of tropical fish including a rare trumpet fish. Well worth the excursion!

Trip was canceled the night before - Our trip was canceled the night before because not enough people registered for it. It was too late for the four of us to get on with another excursion the next day. The did promptly refund our payment though, which was nice.
