First time zip liner excursion during family vacation - Our tour guides were well experienced and very kind and patient. They made sure that we were always safe, especially those of us whom were unable to swim. They raised us by their encouragement when we thought we would give up. This experience was so much fun and so exhilarating. If it were nor for the climb, I would definitely do it again!

Hike, zip, slide & good eats - an adventurous experience. - The friendly & experience guides (William-driver, Jonathan- photographer & Richie-"cry baby", lol) lead us on a safe hike to the ziplines & waterfalls. Constantly checking on our well being due to the lenghty hike. The food at the restaurant was delicious. Thank you Karina & staff. Awesome experience. If you enjoy hikes, adventure & good spanish food, I recommend this tour for you.

Amazing adventure and well worth it - That was a fantastic experience. The hike wasn't bad - it was mostly in the shade and well worth it to get to the great ziplines and waterfalls. The youngest was scared at first, but had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this trip!

Adventure packed day! - Cheapest option we found for a waterfall jumping/sliding and zipline combo. We had a great time! We started with a little hike, then ziplining then waterfalls. It was pretty packed at the waterfalls because many cruises were docked the same day. They took us to a lunch buffet as well as a cigar plantation and a chocolate factory. The trip was about 5 hours roundtrip and they dropped us back off at the cruise port.

Beautiful Adventure - if you want a little adventure and nature, this is the spot. It was my favorite excursion during the entire week.

The perfect exciting adventure! - Fantastic excursion for our day in Amber Cove from our cruise. Everyone involved was very friendly and made our adventure through the zip lines and waterfalls so much fun. It is well worth the cost!

Fun adventure thanks to good energy of Wander and other leaders!! - Wonderful adventure!! The experience was fun! It can get crowded but it was made more fun thanks to our group leader, Wander! Our other leaders, Negro and Argenis (Genis) also made it so fun! They had such good energy on such a busy day.

Fantastic individual tour - My friend and I had a great morning with William and Francis. William picked us up early from our resort and drove us to the park. He pleasantly answered any questions we had about the Domincan and Puerto Plata. We were the first group to arrive at the park! Francis was our guide at the park and he took the 2 of us (no one else joined our group) on the hike up to the ziplines. The ziplines were so much fun! Some were higher up, some got some good speed going, all felt safe and had amazing views. Francis then took us through the 7 waterfalls. We got to jump/slide down the 7 waterfalls, some of them multiple times, and relax for a few minutes in the final pool. We were able to take our time and really enjoy the atmosphere since there was no other groups right behind us. It was such a cool experience! On our hike back down we passed a group of about 50 people going up, we were so glad to have gotten there early and beaten the big groups from the hotels and ships. William looked after all our belongings in the van while we were out at the waterfalls. After, he took us to a local restaurant, Topice, in the country for a delicious local buffet from Carina. We finished off the day with a quick stop at a fruit plantation and cigar factory. Thank you DR Prime, William and Francis for an amazing experience!

Zip line and waterfall fun - We enjoyed the zip line and water falls. The guides were great! We met them outside the cruise terminal and we left quickly to get ahead of the cruise ship tours. The hike is no joke but worth it! The zip lines and waterfalls are beautiful and so much fun!! I took off one star because of the added stops on the way back to the cruise terminal. After lunch they took us to a “plantation” which had about 6 trees and were shown a cigar rolling demonstration and then we stopped at a chocolate “factory” which was simply a chocolate shop not an actual tour to see how chocolate is made. None of these things were in the description of the tour. We were in wet swimsuits from the waterfalls and just wanted to go back to the ship to shower and change. I think this part of the tour needs to be specified in the description so you know what you have signed up for.

High Pressure Sales - The guide, zip lines, and waterfalls were awesome. Taking us off excursion to high pressure sell cigars and chocolate making us almost two hours late returning.
