Well organised trip with a great guide - Giovanni was a great guide. The trip was well organised and the lunch afterwards was excellent. It was very hot. It would have been helpful to have a picture of the birds we saw at the lunch.

This trip was cancelled by the operator but we were not advised until we arrived to check in to the tour. Dreadful - Dreadful customer service from Gus tours and Trip advisor. This completely spoiled our day in Guatemala, no notification from trip advisor prior to expected tour date
