Great day adventure! - The trip was exactly as described, staff were very helpful and entertaining! Snorkeling was fun and the hire ride through the village was well worth the extra cost.

Not worth the money - #1, if you are arriving to Puerto Vallarta via Carnival Panorama Mexican Rivera, do not book this. Ship Time is 1 hour behind their time. Meeting time of 9:30 is their time. Carnival Panorama arrives into port approx 8:30am Ship time which is 9:30am their time. So when we arrived at what our time was 9:15am it was actually 10:15 am their time and the boat to the island already left. They did manage to get a boat taxi to take us to the boat but by that time we missed the breakfast, snorkeling, kayaking, and paddleboarding. #2, there is no docks in Yelepa so you literally have to get into a smaller boat and then jump out of that boat onto the beach as the waves are slamming into the boat. Then you have to climb back in the tender boat to get back to the main boat #3 The locals there are very pushy. Walking right up to while you're trying to relax in your beach chair with their merchandise trying to get you to buy from them. There was a gentleman with a Iguana named Peppa that brought in up to the restaurant while we were eating and put it on our shoulders for us to take our own pictures with it. Then her told us it would be 250 pesos each. Oh no, I didn't ask for you to put it on me. #4. Their description says you can walk to the waterfall. But they said no you couldn't. You had to pay more for a horse or an ATV. Then proceeded to tell us that they hadn't had much rain so there wasn't much water so we opted not to go #5. The 2 hour ride back to the port on the catamaran was the only part of the tour I enjoyed. The tour guide was Alberto. He was great

Ok - Beautiful scenery, Yelapa was fantastic. Wish we had more free time to explore on our own. Snorkeling was good. Guides were friendly. The beach landing was difficult, and would not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
