Jorge Garcia gives the best service - Jorge goes above and beyond, my wife purchased a ring and the company sized it; they were to deliver it to the hotel the next day, it didn’t show. Jorge tracked it down and saved the day.

Shuttle Transport Ease - Transportation from airport to hotel on arrival was waiting and easy to find. Even with the flight being delayed until arriving at 2:30am. Looked after putting luggage on bus and off. No issues!Thanks!!

Activity was really fun. - Great trip activity lot of fun for the whole family. Sadly if you do the pirate ship there no shuttles or buses going there so you got to take a cab.

Good Service Once You Find Them - Once you find them, the service is very efficient. We’ve used them 2 or 3 times, but it’s always been difficult to find them at PVR( which is usually very busy).

Did not show - I arrived in Puerto Vallarta on Thurs, 5/30. My flight was delayed by an hour and a half. I entered my flight information when booking. When I arrived in the pick up area, the service had already left. I was unable to contact anybody regarding my booking and had to take a taxi to my hotel. There was no communication from the company whatsoever and I was not able to contact the company. The airport transfer was prepaid and I did not receive a refund. I would NOT recommend this company. It’s easy to take a taxi or Uber from the airport, so I would recommend doing that to avoid double paying for the transfer.

Abandoned At the Airport - This review is for Viator Puerto Vallarta Transportation Service to Marina Vallarta. Viator took our money and failed to provide the service advertised, and we paid for. Viator won't refund our money and gives no reason. We paid for pickup at the airport, in a private vehicle, and delivery to our condo in Marina Vallarta. Instead, the driver Sebastian made us wait in the hot sun for over half an hour, demanding via text message that we walk across the bridge to his vehicle. We are two senior citizens in wheelchairs, with a small dog in a carrier, and four pieces of luggage. Walking two blocks across the bridge wasn't an option, and NOT WHAT WE PAID FOR. Yes, all caps because we're very angry at the treatment we received. We finally were able to secure other private transportation and paid for it too. At the airport. No walking across the bridge. Viator refuses to refund our money and gives no reason. We were repeat customers. In 2023 Viator picked us up at the airport and took us to our condo. We had no reason to believe Viator would abandon us at the airport in 2024. Never again.

Be careful with your safety - I do not recommend hiring the transportation service in Puerto Vallarta with this operator. I contracted the service at @despegar.com, with a cost of $1,148.00, for 4 people. First of all, I was the one who had to communicate to verify the service. I requested that the service be granted later. They told me that it could not be done due to They had insurance on their transportation to cover the service. The service provided was through a taxi, without knowing if it was safe and not with the contracted transportation, as shown in the images, whose cost on the site from the hotel to the airport is $160. Therefore, I requested DespegarMX support so that the refund of the difference will be managed, since the contract was not fulfilled, the Nexus company refused to cover the difference, of the service not provided and with a taxi without being certain of our safety. .
