A tour company that cares ! - We couldn’t actually go to the tour because a couple of people became sick the night before. They could not refund but offered to let us on a three hour tour in the afternoon for $10 extra per person. We were too sick to take them on their offer but we appreciated it.

Great experience in Titicaca - A highly recommended tour to learn about the culture and inhabitants of the Uros and Taquile islands. The tour is very well organized, complying with everything specified and a very professional guide who explains everything in great detail. The tour also included food which was pretty good.

Titicaca lake and Uros islands trip - The trip was great. Everything was organized very well. From pick up from the hotel to drop off to the hotel. The guide was very good. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. The high altitude lake was something unusual, reed floating islands experience was one of a kind, the mountain island in the middle of the lake, with people who live simple, low stress and very healthy life was unforgettable.

Very good tours to get to know the islands of Uros and Taquile - The tours and the organization are very good, punctual, very good explanation, organized, the food was very delicious and they complete the tour. The boat is very comfortable and calm. He has a bathroom just for peeing. The place is very clean. The menu they offered us does not include drinks. How improvements could be noted: M01: More accessibility for older people, it would be good to have benches so that people who cannot lift their legs well can get on and off the boat more comfortably and safely. M02: It would be good to point out that there is quite a slope in some sections so that an elderly person or person with a leg or knee problem can carry accessories to make the route more comfortable.

Informative and beautiful - Informative and beautiful excursion. Uros floating islands are fascinating. The locals were very welcoming, although at times it felt like they were performing for us which was a little uncomfortable. The guide making a joke in front of the locals about "now you understand why young people don't stay on the island" was also uncomfortable. Be prepared to spend some money - the locals depend on tourism and there are plenty of opportunities to pay/buy/tip/donate. Their handmade goods are beautiful. Isla Tequile felt like a more natural experience. There was no organized performance. We walked from the dock to the Plaza de Armas (a brisk uphill walk), explored the square briefly, then walked another 30 minutes to a restaurant with a wonderful view of the lake. This gave us the chance to see the island and its inhabitants in a more natural way. Lunch was delicious. The exhibit of local products and customs after lunch was very interesting. The boat is comfortable and the captain, Jonathan, was very competent. Our guide, Freddie, led the tour in Spanish and English, and displayed amazing ability to switch between the two. He's very knowledgeable and explained things well. A few times it felt like he was just going through the motions, or would stop mid-sentence to read something on his phone, but overall he was very good. One disappointment... Someone on our trip brought a drone and launched it on both islands - at least twice on Tequile. I felt like this was distracting and an inappropriate invasion on the privacy of the residents and the other members of our tour - especially after we were asked to request permission before taking a photo of the locals on Tequile. I was surprised the tour company allowed this and did not ask him to stop.
