A+ Excursion - We had an excellent time at Monkeyland and on the Buggy rides. PJ was incredible. He was engaging, funny and informative. All of our drivers and the entire staff were all very friendly. Glad we went.

Jungle Buggy fun - Amazing! We had so much fun. PJ the guide was brilliant, knowledgeable and hilarious. The coffee/chocolate demo was informative in stunning surrounding's. Thoroughly recommend. We didnt go to the monkeys though, so cant comment.

Runner Adventures Monkey Land was Amazing - Our driver Juan Cruz was very knowledgeable, funny and Professional. It was a great experience to interact with the monkeys. The coffee farm was very interesting. Loved this excursion

Love the spider monkeys - Overall we had a good time. The UTV ride really did not go anywhere. The spider monkey were fantastic. One downer issue: It said we had a 40 minute ride to get there, unfortunately we spent 45 minutes in a van that picked up people from the different resorts before we got to the place to get on the bus for the 40 minute ride to the park. Dominican time...:)

Great experience - Overall experience was great. The monkeys were so cool to see and have them jump all over you. PJ the atv tour guide was very funny and made sure you understood everything before leaving. They take you on a trail down to a river to swim. They only gave us 10 mins to swim though. I think that was the only downside we would have liked to swim a little longer.

Worth seeing the adorable monkeys - Pros: The monkey’s are adorable, very gentle and ABSOLUTELY worth going to spend time with The ATV tour was fun, safe and muddy!!! Our tour guide PJ was extremely accommodating, funny and kept us all laughing and engaged Cons: We came from La Romana and the drive is VERY LONG having to stop at each hotel in the area to pick people up. It was extremely disorganized and took about 2 hours There is a LOT of downtime between seeing the monkeys and doing the ATV tour A lot of time is wasted just sitting around I would prefer them to close the gap in time and make it a half day rather than drag it out all day just to be sitting around (I’d rather get back to my hotel and be able to at least enjoy the ocean or pool) All in all a great experience that I would absolutely recommend and do again. I think if you keep it he cons in mind ahead of time and don’t have huge expectations, it can be a very enjoyable time

Worth the $$. The Mokeys were one of my highlights! - Loved the monkeys!! They were adorable & fun to interact with. The buggies were great too and the guide was awesome & funny! We had a great time & it was a beautiful scenery.

Cute monkeys - The monkeys were so much fun but the buggies were disappointing. You only got to ride them on the streets in the small village and on one little trail that took you to a river. I was expecting more trail riding like in the photo and a longer ride.

Sadly not as advertised. - Jungle Buggies through a jungle, swim option in mountain river, then to someone's home to experience dominican experience. The buggie ride was very short, the river swim seemed to be in stagnant waters - did not look refreshing to swim in as the rocks below looked covered in something algae like; the two in our group that ventured in said they were slippery. We were told we'd get down and dirty in the muddy waters of the trail. Nope. It appeared there was one man-made puddle that we were told to "gun it" and drive through to make a splash. Not much of a splash. Then we went to the homestead for dominican food experience. We were served a hot dog, two coconut strips and a few pieces of melon. It was advertised that we would see dominican crops and the processing of them. Turned out it was a sales pitch just showing us some of their items (bottled, bagged, ready for sale) while we ate and where to purchase them. Terribly disappointing. We took a buggy tour in Curacao on a previous trip that was outstanding and sadly, this did not even come close. Our receipt shows "Jungle Buggie" by Target Tours SRL. I do not like leaving negative reviews, however beware the description of the tour was misleading as compared to what we experienced.

Not worth it! - To get to monkey land the driver was late by 45 minutes. Picking us up was over a two hour bus ride to get there with a bus transfer. The little monkeys were cute. They would feed monkeys on top of our heads, which was nice and people that ran the monkey part were nice. Otherwise the rest of the excursion was not worth it at all ATV was maybe good for a 10-year-old. Stopping at this little river that had very little water in it and splashing this little bit of water was a joke. Just got back not worth the money. The lunch was a joke, feeding us hotdog and one piece of fruit.
