In the transportation services we offer, we provide clients with water, sometimes beer if they wish. The client can play their own music, if the client wishes we connect the client’s phone to Bluetooth and WiFi. This way the client feels as comfortable as possible.
When making the reservation, it is important that the traveler write the flight number; if possible, the traveler should contact the client to follow up. It would be better for the client to arrive at the airport to wait in the El REFUGIO cafeteria in terminal B or the JET BAR cafeteria if it is terminal A. This avoids the pirates at the airport.
The Driver will be waiting for the client at the indicated terminal with a sign that has the client’s name or any other word that the client wishes.
