The best - Francis was friendly and very helpful with all my request. Everything was perfect. He was very professional. The SUV was clean and it arrived always on time.

FANASTIC - Used other in the past but thankfully found Francis Luxury through a post by someone else. Their service is beyond expectations and I don't hesitate in HIGHLY recommending them. Their service was spot on and they truly care about their customers almost as if they are family. Have already booked for next Oct for 6 from the UK, 3 from Canada and then another 2 from Canada. Flawless service every time we visit! - Francis treated us like family! We used his airport transportation in 2016 when we vacationed with our girls. When the 2020 lockdown happened and DR was closed, he sent a message making sure my family was safe and healthy. When we returned in 2021 with another couple for an Anniversary Trip we used his airport services, as usual the driver was waiting for us with a smile, a sign with our names and cold beers. His vehicles are always flawless and clean. This trip we used his services for two excursions; dune buggies with chocolate tasting/waterfall cenote, and local Taino village experience and a deep sea fishing charter. I research travel/excursion prices for a living and Francis hands down has the lowest prices anywhere. He picked up our husbands personally for their fishing trip and took us shopping while they fished. When he took us to pick up our husbands, he treated all of us to an authentic Dominican lunch! Francis is awesome and I recommend his services to anyone that travels to the DR. Thank you for amazing service and making us feel like family. See you when we return!

Icing on the cake 🎂 - We are so grateful we booked our private transfers with Francis Mendez! Came out of airport terminal and right away saw our driver holding a sign with our name on it. Got into the beautiful S.U.V and enjoyed the nice cold beer provided with our friends on way to hotel . Beat the crowds of buses by quite a bit and were all checked in before they even arrived ! Then yesterday we took a private transfer saona island excursion and Francis himself showed up , again in a beautiful black S.U.V … made us feel like royalty! Francis explained much of the Dominican culture to us on the way and made the trip fly by . When we arrived he made sure we knew where we were going and talked to a man in charge to make sure we were well taken care of . When we got back from excursion Francis was there and his vehicle was easy to pick out of the crowd … he even made a stop on the way to get my husband some cold beer … Canadian medicine as he called it ;)! I would not hesitate to recommend Francis and his services to friends and family .. we have loved our trip to Dominican and his services have been the icing on the cake 🎂!

A Fantastic Transfer Servuce - I’d like to take this opportunity to recommend Francis Luxury Travel for your transportation needs. Francis was thorough, courteous, professional and above all else a pleasure to do business with. He and his drivers were all professional and left us feeling safe and confident during our transfers. The cold beer and car were quite refreshing after the hustle and bustle of the airport. Our to and from La Romana was easy and truly enjoyable. Francis checked in with us during our stay and even helped to arrange an awesome Dune Buggy excursion for us. We are hoping to head back to the Dominican one day very soon and will surely be booking all of our transfers and excursions with him.

I hope the ride to the airport will be better! - Waiting at the airport for the ride, for an hour. Then having everyone in the airport try to sell us something, even when we said NO a 100 times. Thanks!

Don't be disappointed - Never showed up for pickup at PUJ airport. After two hours finely was able to speak to Francis and he wanted me to pay $120.00 for a ride to the resort after I showed him The receipt that I paid $94.00 for the service. Rude and very demanding that we pay him the money. We ended up getting a taxi for $40.00. Don't use this guy advertise one price and demands more money when you get ahold of him if they show up.
