From the initial contact with Jorge, everything went smoothly. The company is extremely easy to communicate with, the drivers are on-time, courteous and helpful and the prices are reasonable Both flights on our recent trip were delayed (one was moved to the next day) so we had to make some on-the-fly adjustments to our pick up/drop off shuttle schedule. Quality accepted the changes seamlessly and without complaint. And the drivers were there as promised. Frankly, I don't see how a shuttle/taxi service could be any better. We will definitely use them again on our next trip

Santo Domingo - Overall the experience was good. Just be prepared for wait times throughout. If you’re English speaking only your tour guide may speak Spanish and then English.
