A must do! - We had a large group and what a fun party day this was!!! It started off a little rocky with some rain but quickly turned to paradise. We all ate and drank a little much so our catamaran ride home was a huge hit!! We danced and laughed all the way home!! The water and scenery was to die for!

Excellent service - We wanted to thank the Sol Cana team for the excellent day we had. We entered Tripadvisor on a Friday at 10 p.m., from there we contacted the agency and received a prompt response from Antonio, who advised us excellently, being very kind and dedicated. . They were very punctual when picking us up at the hotel, there we met Pedro who was our guide and Jordani, the photographer, who by the way made us practically a book with beautiful photos, which we keep with great affection. Great excursion - The trip was amazing! Our tour guide Danny was great. He gave us history lessons and information about the island on our way to the boats. The water was beautiful and the catamaran ride was awesome! I would definitely recommend this excursion.

Great sibling experience! - My sister and I had a wonderful time. I was a bit nervous given some of the reviews I read that made it seem like a nightmare… so I had set my expectations pretty low… it was my 39th bday and we had a fabulous time our pick up at hotel was at 8:20am in Cap Cana got to the drop off to meet the bigger bus by 8:45am and from there we drove to the port with a pit stop at a souvenir stop to pee… our group was 16-20ppl We arrived to port by 10:15am and got on a speed boat at 10:45am after intros etc. The speed boat sat about 20 of us and it was super fun and went crazy fast to the natural pool. We had an excellent crew led by Pedro and Brian was awesome. Drinking starts before noon i recommend you pace yourself! We got a bit tipsy before lunch… We got to saona and had a good lunch more drinks served and a more photos taken of us by the travelling photographer… we got a great price for all the photos he took of us 😉 The catamaran on the way back is the way to go! We had a dance party and I think that’s way better to end the day off… the catamaran combined Several tours together which was fun. We got back to our hotel 6pm All in all you have to have the right attitude booking these tours… if you are a princess and hate to meet new ppl don’t book… if you have an open mind and coming on the trip with gratitude you’ll have a blast! We did and we would certainly recommend to others !

Beautiful - This trip was pretty awesome. Helpful hints: don't sit near speakers on boat! They have photographers taking pictures which I purchased-loved this experience!

Recommend Sol Cana - Tony and Sol Cana tours took us from and to the airport and also booked this great excursion at Saona Island for our family. No hassle and everything was taken care of with a few messages. Thanks Tony and Sol Cana for helping us enjoy Punta Cana!

Choose wisely - Saona was beautiful but… To get there with this tour you have to be in two different busses, sit in a overbooked catamaran on the ground (ass to ass), and sit in a speedboat. Also, you have to enjoy this beautiful island with approx 500 other people on the same beach. There are a lot of mosquitoes so a repellent is necessary. Time on the beach itself was 2 hours (from the 12 travel hours in total, and the natural pool was not even a hour. Tour-guide did his best

Worst ever excursion booked from Grand Palladium Hotel with Zola. - We were told stopping for coffee and bathroom break, stopped us at a tourist trap with dirty bathroom, then dropped off at the beach (ended up being a 2 hour drive from Gran Palladium Resort), waited 30 minutes for the boat, where we were harassed by vendors, get into a speed boat, told to put life jackets, drove for one minute, snorkeling here but there was no fish, so we all said keep going, 2 more minutes tonnes of starfish (were supposed to get pics taken with starfish, they just ignored us), stopped at one beach but could not go to the beach (did not tell us this was the Blue Lagoon beach or Pirates of the Caribbean beach, just swim, finally back on the speed boat, got to the "island", ask each individual for a tip for the boat driver, it was a race to get chairs, drinks were only no ice rum and coke, any other drinks were extra, food mediocre, loaded 3 speedboats of people onto a dirty catamaran with no life jackets to leave, just rum and coke for open bar, blasting music, then proceeded to ask for money for pictures, finally back to the beach, on the bus back to Gran Palladium, they let a vendor on the bus to bug us some more, then a passenger had to go to the washroom, and the bus would not spot on the way back. This booking was from Gran Pallium Hotel and Zola was the guy we booked with, was the worst excursion ever.

Don’t do it!!!! - Went through our hotel Punta Cana Princess. Was told it was an hour bus ride. What a complete lie. You had to take two different buses which was a total of 2.5 hours with a stop at the Hard Rock Cafe on the way there and a souvenir shop on the way back. Who wants to spend 5 hours just in a commute???? Then they crammed us on a boat to be transferred to the catamaran. Transferring to the catamaran was sketchy as the water was not calm at all. Once on the catamaran the music and drinks started. The mood was good and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. Then the crew started going around placing rag hats on everyone. How nice…….NOT…….once they finished then they went back to everyone who let them put the hat on them and demanded money. I seen one couple take the hats off and give them back and the staff member got pissed. Well what do you expect when you SCAM people that way. From that moment going forward I had zero trust in any of the staff. Once we got to the beach we had to transfer again to another boat to take us to the beach. Our guide known as Papa Willy was very clear to meet back at 2pm sharp. He then took us to our area where we were free to eat, drink and swim. I never seen any of the employees smile unless they were with other staff members talking, even when given a tip. Then when we went back you meeting place for 2pm we had to wait because the staff on the boat that needed to transfer us to our catamaran were not paying attention and obviously did not listen to Papa Willy when he said 2pm pickup. Once we finally make it back to our catamaran another boat pulled up and more people got on the catamaran with us. Now it is very crowded and no where to sit. I spoke with a person from that group and she said they did the speedboat in the morning and knew they were getting on the catamaran coming back. Well they should of been put on a different catamaran. Speaking of the catamaran. Things were falling apart, it was dirty and the bathroom was awful. These views were also the views of many on this excursion. Then at the end they had the nerve to shake a bottle in front of me for tips…..really after how you acted and how you scammed people with the rag hats. I would NOT recommend this excursion at all.

A joke - so the only reason we booked this was because of the reviews which were very good. so was very surprised when we were at the hotel lobby meeting point 7:30am as requested. 10,20,30 minz go by no sign of driver and no replies on the app I had to Google the company to get a contact number. only to be told they had a issue with the hotel. I spoke with the hotel and this was not ture infact they were also worried we had been waiting for so long. then was told the driver would be with us in 20 mins after a hour and a half of waiting so by the time he arrived 25 mins later I was annoyed.. no apology from the driver or company just got on with it.. then to top it off on the way to the destination the driver stops off at his HOUSE to pick up medication for depression ( his words) so we spent 10mins doing that. then we spent the rest of the day basically being rushed trough the tour. far from relaxing. spent just over a hour on sanoa Island before being rushed off to head back so literally spent the day travelling. the Island was beautiful. I then tried to get a partial refund as we spent a decent amount of money only to be told no. lol so best advice book though your hotel will be much more organised.
