Really nice experience with the right people - We had the best experience with platinum transfer they are so punctual, professionals and experience people. They work with you according with your needs 100% recommended. We also used them for transportation outside of the hotel very happy with them.

Beautiful Island!! Worth the full day excursion!! - This was a wonderful full day excursion!! My husband and I enjoyed it all, from the speed boat ride, the swimming area, Saona Island (which is incredible), the yummy lunch, and the catamaran ride back!!

Book it! - My favorite excursion of my trip worth the money and the time, we Had fun the entire time from start to finish!

Spectacular!! - Excellent service. Thanks for your attention. Pick up at the hotel on time, we met another hotel while we waited for other people. The island is divine, the food is typical Dominican, and we had a massage. We had a good time.

Beach day - The beach is beautiful and very rustic. Lunch served is very simple. The catamaran ride is long. It's almost 2 hours. For those who get seasick, better not go. By motor boat it is much better.

Overall fun day! - Pickup from hotel was ok, than we got the meeting point where we lost 45 min trying to figure out what van we will take to the port.. no one speaks English so it's confusing... speed boat ride was ok.Island beautiful and we had fun swimming. Lunch was ok..nothing special...coming back on the catamaran was fun! Good atmosphere so we did purchase 5$ hats on exchange for tips. Overall we had a fun day!

Terrible experience. I... - Terrible experience. I would not recommend this to ANYONE. It is a waste of your time and money. We got picked up from our hotel at 0700 we arrived at the beach to get a Catamaran to take us to the island and we waited 40 minutes before anyone approach us and realized we didn’t have a tour guide and no one was assisting us. Poorly organized,and we didn’t get to the island till 1 pm… we went straight to eat and we were told we were leaving the island at 3 pm. How about that 🤬🤬🤬. We paid too much money to have a good time and we didn’t. Choose a different company maybe you’ll have a better luck…

Not sure it’s worth it - I wanted this to be as good as most reviews said it was, however, it was not even close. To start with, after being picked up by a shuttle we were taken to a parking lot where we sat for almost an hour and a half waiting. Our driver said it would be “a little bit”- that was the only communication we ever received from him. During this hour and a half wait, another car pulled up and our driver got out of his vehicle and went to sit and talk with the new vehicle. After sitting for the initial 45 minutes, my husband went to ask what was going on and the reply he got was that we were “waiting” on some guests that were running late and it should be “soon.” There was no communication after that until finally 3 more shuttles pulled in around the same time and we were finally waved to get on another shuttle. From there we were taken to another parking lot where we were put on yet another shuttle. When we finally arrived to get on the boats to head out, we were met with pure chaos and a completely unorganized group of people. I’m honestly not sure how we made it to Sanoa Island. This trips saving grace were two things; the endless Rum and Cokes and the food served at lunch was actually quite good. In the end we spent most of our day being shuttled to and from the outing. The blue lagoon and the beach were pretty, but I honestly can’t say that I think the many hours of chaos and shuttle time are worth the trip.

Crap service to avoid - Misleading advertising and terrible service. The group was significantly larger than 30. We also had to wait more than 1 hour at a petrol station to get into a second bus. When I complained to our diver he said ‚Not my problem’ - wow. The return was a bit better with a 35 minutes waiting time but still… The food was acceptable. Shame that the coke was warm for the rum and coke. The boat capitan was extremely pushy requesting tips and made quite a few people uneasy. The island is beautiful but wasted by endless rows of plastic chairs.

Excursion Nightmare - Worse experience ever. The company was almost 30 minutes late. Couldn't reach company. We were told we had the option of a private tour when we got to the pier. Nope that was not the case. This was well over 8 hours. More like a 12 hour nightmare. Open Bar means rum and coke or sprite. Nothing else period. Food was horrible and this company has the worse chairs on the beach. Paid for 13 people to waste a day. We didnt back to our resort until 7:00 at night.
