Excellent tour. - Excellent Tour! Definitely recommend!!! It was awesome & highlight was feeding the monkeys. We saw bats & a sloth as well!

Monkey on my Head - Having a cute monkey jump right on me and hang out was awesome. The whole experience was fun and something I’d do repeatedly. Great place.

Great tour. - This is a great relaxing tour. Our guide wad extremely knowledgeable and was great at spotting the animals. We saw monkeys, sloths, birds, lizards, snakes and one crocodile. Our driver was amazing as well. Especially with the road closed on the way.

Amazing adventure!!! - We absolutely adored this tour! It was the highlight of our week! Our guide Michael was so kind, knowledgeable, and funny! He was delightful! He showed us all the different foliage as well as pointing out otters, birds, lizards and iguanas, snakes, and more. And getting to be so up-close with the monkeys was just incredible!! What an amazing experience! Can’t recommend enough!!

Fun with the monkey's - Enjoyed the playful monkeys and our guide, Michael, was very knowledgeable about the mangroves and the wildlife.

Monkeys were great but too many people on our boat - I took this tour with my wife on our honeymoon. We drove ourselves and it was about an hour south of Jaco which we did not expect. Not a problem, we drove and met them there even though they offer pickup from Jaco. They thought I needed a ride so they had me reschedule my visit for the next day. When we arrived we had to share the boat with three to four other families. We got to see monkeys but only got to interact with them one time. Everyone had to take turns going to the front of the boat and we were told not to feed them fruit of our own that we brought so we did not get to interact with them the way we wanted. However the time we did get to meet the monkeys was pretty neat. Our guide was crazy Alex and he definitely loves his job with a great attitude. His passion is great but the experience was catered to the kids. We would have preferred a more exclusive experience then having to share it with multiple families and young kids. On the way back we saw several empty boats and would have preferred those since they got to interact with the monkeys the way they wanted. Timing is everything. They should tell you how full your boat is so you can go on a different time if you want.

Not as expected - This tour was not as expected. We did get to see some monkeys and after a lot of effort from our guide, the monkeys came to the boat and we were able to get cute pictures with them and feed them some bananas. It was a great experience, especially for my 12 year old son. The negative points: we were sitting on the very last bench on the boat next to the outboard which made it verry difficult to hear anything the guide was saying. I would suggest a microphone/speaker system. Also, this is not what I would call a boat tour. You basically ride out in a very shallow and narrow river for 5 minutes then stop for the monkeys. If you just want to see the monkeys then great, if not this "tour" is not for you.

Worst Tour Operator Ever - Whrn i booked the tour, it asked me where my location was for pickup. I gave my cirrect information. This was on a Monday and the tour was scheduled fir Thursday. My tour was scheduled for 9:30am. About 18 hours before the tour, the tour operator emailed me and said the starting time was changed to 7:30am. No offer to reschedule, no offer of refund. Just an announcement. Then, about 8 hours before the tour, I got an email that they were unable to pick us up as it was too far. First of all, they had over THREE days to ley us know they works not be able to pick us up. If they had, we could have either arranged fir transport or canceled. When this was brought up, the operator sent me a nasty message saying, "im sorry you cant read." Secondly, the fact that the operator changed the time last minute with no offer of any other accommodation is unprofessional. DON'T USE THIS TOUR COMPANY.
