Chef Jimmy made this tour spectacular! - This was a perfect day! While this tour was a bit more than the average wine tasting tour, Chef Jimmy was well worth it. We went to Sydney’s fish market, learned to make sushi AND tasted wines at several wineries. Highly recommend!

No food tour quite like this - This was my second time doing this tour and I must say I would gladly do it again. Jimmy whips up an amazing storm of some of the freshest food which pairs nicely with all the wine you get to sample. It's impossible to be hungry after this trip. Would recommend this for anyone who wants to explore Hunter Valley but doesn't know their way around and also wants to sample some of the finest Australian cuisine.
I've never experienced another food tour where the guide also whips up all the food and would definitely recommend this. Jimmy is really one of the friendliest guides and also doubles off as an amazing chef.

Best experience in Sydney - That’s the best experience/tour we have in Sydney. We started with a delicious breakfast next to a lake, and then headed to 3 wineries in Hunter Valley with wine pairing. The cuisines were prepared by Jimmy and it was amazing. During our drive to Hunter Valley, Jimmy shared lots of things about Sydney and Australia.
My wife is not a wine drinker, but she loves this tour and recommends to everyone

Perfect Day Trip from Sydney - Jimmy is a genius. Our small group went to 3 local wineries and tried some of the best wine I’ve ever had. Coupled with Jimmy’s fresh and vibrant menu which perfectly complemented each wine, it made for the perfect day in Hunter Valley. Jimmy provided insightful and colorful commentary along the way, and we even saw some kangaroos jumping through the grapevines!

Unforgettable Experience! - This tour with Jimmy was unlike any other tour I’ve ever experienced. He put so much care and consideration into every single detail. My family and I were all blown away (including my kids, ages 5 and 8). The food and wine pairings were incredible, and Jimmy was such an amazing guide/chef. I would highly recommend this tour!!

Fantastic day with Jimmy - Jimmy is a great chef, tour guide and safe driver! We absolutely love our wine and dine experience with him. Yummy breakfast at the park, sushi roll making, and food pairing at different vineyards! An unforgettable experience and highly recommended!

Can’t recommend enough. Must do! - Absolutely AMAZING experience. Jimmy was very kind and friendly, but also so knowledgeable about the food, wine, history and culture of the country. The fish market was very cool and the little breakfast spot afterward was as well. All of the food Jimmy prepared and the pairings with the wines were excellent. The different wineries were all so interesting and the wine amazing. Seeing wild kangaroos in the vineyards was also so unique! Truly can’t say enough good things about this tour.

Gourmet Wine Tour - Started off the day with a delicious breakfast at Hawkesberry river before proceeding into the Hunter Valley where we saw kangaroos amongst the vineyards and sampled a great variety of wines that were expertly paired with Jimmy's gourmet food. Even bought 3 bottles to enjoy on the rest of trip in Australia.
