Mount teide sunset quad tour - An amazing excursion, the tour guides were brilliant and good fun. Pizza and drinks at the bottom of teide were there was a fabulous view, the photographer took over 20 photos of me and my partner and was only £25 for all of them. All in all an amazing trip and would definitely do again!

A must do while in Tenerife - Had an amazing time here, the guys in charge of the tour were really kind, helpful and funny as well as always willing to help. Very knowledgeable on the area and I managed to learn a lot about the island and the volcano from them. Honestly I would recommend this excursion it’s worth it for a good time. Not to mention the champagne and pizza they provided as well🤣 the views were amazing and the photos they took were also beautiful since they’re experienced photographers.

What a view!! - What a view! Absolutely incredible experience. You can go on solo or double quads and you ride as a group up the mountain, mostly on the road but also off road a little bit with lots of photos taken and available for purchase after. I can’t even begin to describe the view! I loved the whole thing and the team were very friendly. They provided gloves, jackets and trousers to keep us warm because it is cold as you go up the mountain and the sun sets and you are going fast on the quad.

WOW! - What a superb experience!! The staff were fantastic, the views were beautiful, the quad ride was SO much fun and the pizza & cava was lovely! So glad we booked this & well worth the price ! Couldn’t praise the staff enough for being so warm, welcoming & keeping us safe. They also provided coats, gloves & wind proof pants to help keep us warm which was great as it’s pretty chilly up there! (deffo advise dressing warm!). The photographer was also great as well and took some really lovely pics. Very well organised & a great experience all round! HIGHLY recommend!!

Amazing Adventure - Enjoyed this Adventure very much! Lots of information about Teide and area! Guides made it a lot of fun for everyone. The Photos that where done by Pietro, where emailed the next Morning, His Pictures made you feel like your a Model! Thank you for a great Adventure!

Breathtaking Sunset Ride - Overall had a good experience. We had a young child under the age of ten on a double seater. The views are amazing and breathtaking while riding when the sun is setting. That was the best part of the trip. We did not have enough time to see the sun disappear because we arrived at the viewing point late so timing of the trip needs some adjusting. Notwithstanding, this was a memorable experience. When we returned to our departure point, the photo reviewing took too much time. That portion needs to be shortened. With these adjustments, a five star rating is appropriate.

BAD EXCURSION, BAD ORGANISATION! - Very bad excursion. They don't give you what they tell you on internet. No apertiv half way and no pizza after. But the most bad part was that my wife get burned on the back side of the quat! The quat became extreme hot on the back, and that is what the burned wound causes! My wife get very sick afterwards and the organisation did nothing about it. Don't give a compensation for it, no responsibility, NOTHING! DON'T PLAN THIS EXCURSION, IT IS DANGEROUS ON THESE QUADS. Not what we expected - We booked the sunset quad tour. On the brochure it was indicated that we would do off road and eat pizzas with cavas Unfortunately, near the end of the activity, we had not done off road, leading to some people to complain and then.. we ended up to have 5 minutes of Off road. Theses 5 minutes were super fun ! For the rest, we were in circulation, driving at very low speed.. I understand this not a « speed » activity, but if we choose quad activity instead of « bus tour » it was to have adrenaline… For the pizza it’s basically the same story.. We didn’t have pizza during the activity, and people complained about it. We finally had pizza when we came back to our beginning point which is a bit strange, surely hear « they got it all now, they can’t complain » doesn’t help.. But still the pizza was super good. Just so you know, an insurance is proposed in case you damage the quad for 50 euros.. The good point is the photos taken during the activity (at some points) were freely shared with us. We do not recommend this experience as we experienced it.

Not a trip but a Photoshoot! - The focus of the trip for the guides was to click pictures of the group and later sell it to them. We booked a sunset tour to Teide and majority of the time was spent at one spot where the operators asked each couple to pose for pictures. Ours was a larger group so it took a lot of time and by the time we reached the sunset point the sun was already gone. Still everyone posed for some more pictures and then came back. After coming back we paid to get our pictures and left our email ID with them against the promise that they will mail us the link to the pictures. The worst part was they ripped us off completely there, and did not mail us any pictures. Even after reaching out to them multiple times no pictures!

Horrible Unprofessional Rude Inconsiderate - Horrible and unprofessional. We scheduled a day in advance which there were times and availability. We paid almost 300 and booking was confirmed. Received a message the day of stating that they are full and to schedule for tomorrow or cancel. I informed them that we are leaving back to our country tomorrow but to let me check if we could stay an extra day. Before I could check they sent another message saying we’re booked already you need to just cancel. Then when I informed them it says non refundable can they refund our money, they stated we don’t have your money Viator does. Very rude, unorganized, inconsiderate, nonchalant and unprofessional. There is nothing funny about this. If someone booked in the mist of our conversation they should’ve told them that they were booked and to reschedule or cancel just like they made us. We will never book with them again when we revisit Tenerife and advise for you to book with another company with much better customer service and much more organized.
