Mother/Daughter Adventure - My daughter and I had a great day. The bus to and from Quebec City was clean and comfortable. The driver and guide were professional and provided great information along the way. The scenery on the cruise was stunning. The narrator on the cruise had a great tone to her voice and was easy to listen to. I appreciated the effort made by the crew to get us to a location to better our chances to see whales, and they delivered! A few suggestions: Bring/wear several layers of clothing (hats, gloves, scarves, windbreakers) it is much colder on the water. Have snacks for the bus ride back. It’s a long day and no stops on the way back to Quebec City.

Stunning and rare place on earth to witness aquatic wildlife - We were so excited to see humpback whales surfacing and diving three times, many beluga whales, dolphins and seals. The scenery was very beautiful, the tour guides were great and the bus was nice and comfy. We were very glad for the specialty store we stopped at on the way, we got delicious local cheeses to try. This was the hit of our trip

Boat ride and scenery good. Tour bus and guide not so good. - The scenery was great and the boat ride was good. Got to see whales. The boat guide spoke English but sometimes hard to hear with boat motor. The bus ride was very cramped we were stuck in back row with 3 other people and tour guide spoke poor English. Trip back he used microphone to talk with a passenger all in French. Nothing really informative to get from him. Best part was the scenery and boar ride.

Frustrated, disappointed. - This was supposed to be an English guided tour. The tour guide on the bus spoke mostly in French, and when she did speak English, it was very difficult to understand.

Good trip if you pick a different host - If whale watching is on your bucket list, this is a good trip but if you speak English DO NOT pick this “host”. I selected English as my language when filling out the form because that was an option. Her English was poor at best. She read from printed information and couldn’t be understood. She would stop mid sentence and say “okay…………sorry” and then after a long pause would start trying to pronounce words. Several people had to confer with one another on what we were supposed to do because she was that unclear.

Will not recommend - It’s a moneymaking business. I have never seen anybody watching whale. They always say that you will get to see this or that however it 2hr 30 min ride where they will make you match an old ship. Seals sleeping. And a tiny waterfall.

We barely saw any whales... - We barely saw any whales while we took a long trip from Toronto and spent a lot on this activity. We saw sealiondls lying on the rocks but our main aim was the whale watching that we were only able to see the tails of 2 whales. On the bus, there was no Water bottles, and the tour guide was speaking majorly in French.
