Koi Ride are THIEVES and almost 2 hours late for our pickup from LGA airport!! - We booked and paid in advance for a meet/greet and ride from LaGuardia Airport to our hotel in Times Square with KOI ride to surprise our granddaughter for her first trip to New York. There was no meet and greet and the driver was almost two hours late. The driver stated he had nothing to do with meet and greet, stated he would be would pick us up shortly in a White Telluride & he had gotten the call to pick us up @ 10:40 am (he showed up almost two hours late in a Black Toyota SUV although he kept saying he was almost there via repeated calls and texts requesting his ETA) but we were scheduled to be picked up at 10:09 am. Now the company tells us the speak with Expedia about a refund, no refund given. If you see Koi Ride, don't walk away from this company....RUN!!!!

No pick up - Our plane was delayed. Once we got to the airport the driver called about 30 minutes later saying she was going to be more than an hour more to get to the airport. She was on another pick up.we had to find another way to the hotel.

**Do not use Koi ride** Flight delayed would not honour pre paid transfer - On arriving at JFK it took us nearly 2 hours to clear immigration/security. Koi ride were not waiting for us. When we contacted then to advise we had been delayed and why they told us we had missed our slot and they would not send another driver to pick us up. Despite the fact we had obviously pre paid for the transfer and the delays were out of our control this held no sway. They were not interested. This company do not take into account the time taken to clear security and bag pick up. If you are not available for pick up at your touch down time then you will not get picked up! We were left abandoned at JFK with no help from Koi ride who basically said tough you've missed your slot, sort yourselves out. We ended up having to get a yellow taxi which was $83 plus tip, and to be honest we wished we had just done this from the outset. The yellow cabs charge a flat fee from the airport into Manhattan, so recommend just doing this. Do not use Koi ride you will regret it Complete waste of time

Awfull - Don't use this service. They left us abandoned al JFK airport. And they don't have comunicated with us the the trip to airport. Here I am waiting and light is in a few hours more. Awfull service, The worst

A scam - Paid for meet and greet in a luxury sedan for 208 $Cdn for EWR to Manhattan. When we arrived there was no meet and greet and we had to phone the local operator who then phoned a taxi. The taxi was a Honda civic, they had to pick us up at the taxi stand. This is basically a scam and is false advertising.
