Airport transfer - Great service and is well priced. Friendly staff and running on time. Would happily recommend as a great option to get to and from the airport.

Great service - I’ve used this service a few times over the last year. It’s super efficient and saves my Dad having to drive to the airport to get me. They’ve managed to squeeze me on to earlier buses when I’ve arrived earlier than planned. All staff are really helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Great prompt service - What a fabulous service! I was picked up right on time. Transport to Brisbane airport prompt, comfortable and dropped right at the terminal door. Excellent. When I returned to Brisbane, I used the service to Sunshine Coast. Faultless! Timing impeccable. Very hospitable drivers, was a quick and efficient drive home. So grateful. I will certainly use them again for future flights.

Sunshine coast shuttle service to and from Brisbane Airport - I really appreciate the driver waiting for me as my bag was delayed on this trip. I always travel with this company. They are professional and the drivers are friendly, helpful and safe.

Happy traveler - Good service..clean, friendly and reliable I would suggest allowing extra time if catching a flight as sometimes the service runs a bit late due to connecting buses or picking up other people

We got there eventually… - There was a lot of confusion in the hours before our transfer. 3 phone calls, several emails and multiple messages. The original phone call suggested that our transfer pickup time had been changed to 3:30AM for a 6pm airport arrival. When I questioned the time - it was already after 3:30 AM - the lady confirmed the time so I then questioned the date? Finally the lady decided our pickup time would be 3:30pm which was the original booked time. Then followed all the other phone calls, emails and messages with the pick up time changing each time - back and forth between 2:25pm, 2:45pm, 3pm and just a random notification that the driver was delayed. Luckily we were spending the night at the airport hotel (to avoid a 3:30am start!) so there was minimal stress with the crazy time changes. Would have been quite alarming if we were on our way to an international flight. The lovely driver actually arrived about 3pm but until that point I wondered if we would need to catch a train or drive ourselves as the lady on the phone had no idea what she was talking about. We did receive a voucher for a free trip because of all the messing about but honestly I’m not sure it’s worth the hassle. I’d rather have a friend drop us off or pay to park - much more reliable.

Uncomfortable trip - The pick up bus appeared to be one of the older smaller buses in the fleet. The bus was fully loaded and we were very cramped for space with no overhead luggage rack for carry on bags. The trip was made more uncomfortable as the seat belts were stiff to operate and once in place were so overly tight you couldn't move. However, 2 weeks later we had a very different experience with a more modern larger comfortable bus for our return journey.

Terrible - Trip was appalling! No air conditioner available on the hottest day of the year travelling at 12:30. No bottles of water offered and if I had another Option to get to airport I would have taken it - but we were told about aircon when we transferred to the bus in the middle of nowhere!! This is a terrible health and safety risk to both passengers and staff!
