Fun way to spend a morning, driver guide was new, but very friendly and fun. Gorgeous scenery - My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our almost "private" tour with the driver guide. Sadly I can't remember his name, but he was originally from Argentina, really very nice gentleman and looked after us so well. He was right on time with pick up, and was really flexible when we wanted to stay a little longer at a couple of places, and we still got back to Queenstown on time. The only thing I didn't love about the tour was having to put headphones on to listen to commentary, I'd rather just hear it from the guide, but the commentary we did hear was very interesting though and we didn't have any tech issues. The stops were lovely, the scenery was spectacular and we really enjoyed our morning with the guide. We were lucky to have a spectacular sunny day too. I would have loved to have seen a sheep shearing demo but they weren't doing them that day. My friend and I loved the time at the end at the farm feeding the animals. Very cute and lots of laughing when the sheep kept following us for food when we had run out and kept headbutting us on the backside. This was the very first tour my friend and I did on our 4 week NZ trip and it was very memorable. Thank you for what you do and your wonderful customer service. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Scenic drive - A very pleasant way to explore these two destinations. My daughter's first language is Mandarin and she found the pre-recorded commentary in that language very good. Ample time at the stops. If you're tall make sure you sit in the front row of the tour bus.

It's the real Paradise! ... - It's the real Paradise! Besides, the animals in the farm are soooo lovely! A very happy half-day tour. Love it!

Great scenery and a pleasant morning - Great trip to view the lake and Glenorchy as well as some lord of the rigs sites, nice guide in 12 seater bus, but played her music a little loud whilst driving Fantastic scenery

Beautiful! - Amazing half day tour! Glenorchy and Paradise are so beautiful with breathtaking views at every moment. Our tour guide, Dave was super knowledgeable and friendly throughout with a bit of sense of humour as well! Totally worth it AAA+++

Good Half-Day Trip - The service vehicle is good and the guide is friendly. Glenorchy is a beautiful place to visit and this half-day slow paced tour is perfect as they give you ample time on your own to explore.

Well worth going - Great information and nice-paced: there was enough time at each stop to not feel rushed. We were upgraded to this Tour as ours had insufficient attendees. Several interesting stops along the way, with the Glenorchy Animal Experience particularly enjoyed. Very knowledgeable Guide who was easy to talk with.

Underwhelming, and certainly not premium - if you want to view Glenorchy from a bus this is your tour. Our 'premium experience' was a lap of the town in the bus with no option to stop and explore or take any photos. Paradise is beautiful in terms of scenery, but there's literally nothing there, and again you just look out the window of the bus. Expensive tour to just sit on the bus for four hours and not do anything.

Worthwhile, but not as special as I thought it would be - The day was nice, but it didn't match the description provided by the Travel Agent. We went to a farm to watch sheep sheering, but it was a video, not a live demonstration. We were supposed to meet and feed farm animals, but they were all in pens near the building and we simply walked a path through all the adjacent pens. We were given GPS-activated headsets for stories and commentary, but almost half of them didn't work, so the driver was constantly stopping to see if he could find ones that worked. The vehicle was supposed to be an all terrain van with glass roof to give us the best views of the mountains and lake... no glass roof, no all terrain feature which was disappointing. The driver/tour guide was excellent, though. He provided great commentary, stopped at interesting spots for photos and to allow us to walk around a little. I guess I would have given this a higher rating if I didn't have greater expectations because of the description we were given of what the tour was supposed to be.
