Fantastic family adventure with Alonso! - What an amazing experience with Alonso! We are so grateful for his experience, knowledge, his kindness and now his friendship. His passion for wildlife made things even more exciting. He is fluent in English and so easy to understand. We would have passed by so many animals and plants in Manuel Antonio if it weren’t for Alonso. He took amazing pictures and videos for us that we will treasure forever. Conectando con la fauna y flora del parque Manuel Antonio - Un día inolvidable, es importantísimo coger un tour guiado. Ya que cuentan con un telescopio que permite ver a los animales con mayor facilidad y permite tomarles fotografías, sin mencionar que los guías realmente son capaces de encontrar a los animales en su hábitat con mucha facilidad lo que permite realmente ver una cantidad importante. Solos no hubiéramos visto ni el 10%. Buscar un buen guía y cuidado por que pueden ofrecerte precios costoso, entonces buscar uno que sea accesible para ti. Terminas en la playa de Manuel Antonio la cual es preciosa y te puedes meter. Súper recomendado

Guide in Manuel Antonio - What a great experience from start to finish. Alonso sent us detailed messages with all the details needed to get to the park and parking. He made it so easy. Once in the park, his excitement when dinging animals was infectious. He has this amazing telescope and his phone attaches to it. He takes video and pictures along the tour and then air drops them to you right away! He was so knowledgeable about all the animals and the park. A must do if you are visiting Manuel Antonio. Pura Vida

The only way to explore Manuel Antonio is with with Alonso! - This was by far my favorite tour in Costa Rica! Alonso was amazing in every way. He was super communicative with us when we were a little lost getting there and helped us every step of the way! It was so amazing how he was able to spot so much wildlife during our tour we never would have seen with out him. His knowledge of the park and the wildlife is incredible and his sense of humor topped it off and made for a perfect experience! This tour and our guide Alonso exceeded our expectations I highly recommend it!

FANTASTIC tour guide! - FANTASTIC! Besides his knowledge of the animals and plants, he has the best camera setup allowing you to see the live pics on his attached iPhone. Other guides didn’t have this setup. At the end he Airdropped all the pics and videos to us!

Don’t think twice - book Alonso and rest assured you’ll have the best time! - We did a fair amount of reading/research about the park and found Alonso mentioned/recommended several times. Once we booked the tour, we were able to communicate with Alonso via WhatsApp and he sent us very good information about what to expect and how/when/where to arrive. His tips on how to avoid the scammers that accost you upon arrival were very helpful and having him as our guide felt like we were VIP guests (he knows or is related to pretty much everyone he saw inside and outside the park). You can read about the park elsewhere, but I’ll say it is magnificent. Alonso is knowledgeable, easygoing and fun and I can’t imagine our visit being anywhere near as amazing without him.

Amazing Park, Amazing Guide- 100% Highly Recommend! - This was our second time doing a guided tour of Manuel Antonio and our guide this time, Luis Alonso, far exceeded our expectations! He was extremely knowledgeable and engaging, getting us to appreciate the wonders of Costa Rican nature even more than we already did. It was easy to see that he truly loves the abundant magical nature that Costa Rica and Manuel Antonio has to offer. If we had walked the park on our own we would have missed so much!! And he sends you all the awesome photos and videos he takes through his scope! I very highly recommend booking with him. *PLEASE NOTE* **Don’t fall for the fake park rangers!!! You CAN park near the trail head. PARK WITH CHALO- you’ll see his sign when you get close to the trail head. **Buy your park entrance tickets ahead of time on the official Manuel Antonio National Park website. You don’t want to get there to find that they are sold out. **DON’T TOUCH or try to get up super close to the wildlife. Remember this is their home, and their beauty can be easily enjoyed and appreciated from afar. Especially if you’re with a guide that has a scope :) PURA VIDA

Fabulous! - Amazing! Alonso was exceptional - very knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and professional. We had a large group, and he excelled at keeping everyone involved and making the most of the time. A fabulous experience all around!
