- Savegre River - We will collect you from your accommodation, whether it’s a hotel or a rental property, and embark on a journey of roughly 1 hour and 10 minutes heading south towards the Savegre River. Our route will take us past the quaint towns of El Silencio and Santo Domingo, offering a chance to admire the stunning landscapes, gain insights into the local area, and learn about the fascinating Savegre River. We’ll navigate the exciting Class II and III rapids on our rafts, and midway, we’ll pause for a refreshing snack beside a waterfall. After our rafting adventure concludes, we’ll return to the Amigos Del Rio base in Manuel Antonio to enjoy a well-deserved lunch, before transporting our guests back to their respective accommodations.

For the adventuresome beginner and experienced rafter the Class II and III rapids will have you filled with adrenaline as you paddle hard over the waves. Along the way you will be astounded by the awesome canyons, waterfalls, and primary rainforest of Costa Rica. The Savegre River is a magnificent stretch of whitewater that begins its course by winding out of a sparsely inhabited valley in the mountains. This trip also includes a stop at a beautiful waterfall.
Includes snack, lunch, certified equipment and guides, safety kayaker, and A/C transportation to and from hotels or houses in Manuel Antonio or Quepos.
- Minimum age is 6 years
- What to Bring: swimsuit, towel, change of clothes, sunscreen, bug spray, water shoes, tenis shoes or sandals with ankle straps. No flip flops.
- Vegetarian option is available, please advise at time of booking if required
- Largest life jacket fits a size 52” chest
- A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
- A minimum of 4 people per booking for the 11:30AM tour is required
- A maximum of 10 people per booking

AWESOME experience, AMAZING company - The transport, guides, scenery, and everything else was AMAZING! We learned so much about the environment and were able to enjoy incredible rapids. Highly reccomend!

Amazing rafting trip with ADR! - Had an awesome time rafting with ADR last week! Louis was a great guide, and made the day even better, thanks to his knowledge and enthusiasm. Gotta confess, I was nervous about rafting, but Louis answered all my questions, and put me at ease. Our family of five adults all had a fun, and the rapids were exciting and challenging without being scary. Would have loved a cold beer with our lunch after all the paddling, but the delicious meal was a great way to end our amazing day on the river!

Great on the water experience - Great rafting experience. Tons of rapids and our guides (Luis) were fun and excellent. It was worth the bumpy ride to the put in point.

Fantastic experience, perfect crew - It was one of the highlights of our trip. You do not need to have previous knowledge of rafting (we went on II-III), as the crew is super professional and very good at their job. The whole experience was super fun, and we all loved the quick stop at the waterfall. Part of the fun is that you will be 100% soaked in water, so dress accordingly and bring a set of dry of clothes for the ride back.

Great rafting fun! - Amazing time! All the tour guides were great but our guide Cristobal was funny and great at his job! We picked up a pretty green iguana on the way and it hung out on my shoulder for a bit before we returned it to the river. We had the BEST time. Highly recommend this fun and professional company

Good time rafting. The - Guides were very knowledgeable and provided a lot information about the surrounding area. Very knowledgeable about the river and rapids. The tour was lots of fun and the guides were very friendly and helpful.

Great White Water Adventure - Very exciting. Excellent safety briefing-which at first had me a little concerned of what lay ahead. Many rapids , plan to get wet and work out your shoulder muscles. Guides were the best. Would do it again. Lots and lots of fun and memories. Paparazzi was a great addition we now have photos to prove that we did it!!

Amazing rafting tour - Went as a family of 4. Had an amazing time rafting down the river with our guide Christian. He was firm and fun for us amateurs. And don't forget the lunch after. That was amazing chicken and rice. We are planning on coming back here next year it was so fun
